I do. I am standing here waiting for all the people to exit the front door so I don't have to interact with anybody. 😬

Yes, I do sometimes @TulipIceCream, but other times I just go and endure the interaction, keeping it as brief as possible. Yes, the awkwardness. The awkwardness of acting friendly toward people I don't consider friends. For me.

Yes - I moved into a new flat recently and am doing this. It's tough, I think if you take it gradually and decide to try going out once when other people are around then it may help to reduce the anxiety of doing it in the future.

Luckily I live in a house in a spacey neighborhood but I still get very self conscious about my neighbors watching me if I go outside… or open my windows.

Me too with good reason and I have had to go out a lot recently. I often wonder whether it is a social experiment to dump vulnerable people with hardened criminals and see how long they last.

Yes most of the time I do this.

I get annoyed with myself for not pushing myself to face these situations but I get so scared to talk to people.

I think with me i also get anxious knowing that my neighbours can here me talk aswell and I over analyse the situation which puts me off pushing myself even more
