I do.

I try to plan what I am eating on what day to limit eating extra

sometimes it helps having a meal plan written up

it does for me

I do plan my meals for the day ahead, it eases my anxiety if i can plan things.
Some days due to Psychosis i cannot plan meals when i have hallucinations, on these days i forget about meals as it affects my memory.

I plan my meals but for the opposite reason - to make sure I eat enough. If I don’t plan I tend to think I have eaten more than I have
