I'm just wondering if anyone knows if for example I'm on a dose for quite some time will my brain actually habituate to it to the point that it's actually not doing anything anymore? ie tolerance?

The reason I ask is because I noticed caffiene is a psychoactive drug and after a while I don't feel it's effects anymore unless I do some change like withdrawing or upping the dose.

Thanks

your liver and kidneys etc.. will get better at filtering it out

and your body and brain will get used to having it and re-calibrate

so alot is lost from that. but usually not all. there is still some effect
