Living like a hermit makes you feel safe. I’m in lockdown and the isolation doesn’t bother me one bit. I enjoy being in my bubble without visitors. The problem comes when lockdown is gone and I have to re start mixing with people again. I don’t know how I’m going to do it? A little at a time, or jump in and sink or swim.

They removed my link because I am new, you'll have to find the DSM-5 information about schizophrenia yourself on Google.

This is exactly me except I don’t think I will be going out even when lockdown finishes.
Also I don’t even like people coming to my door.
I only open it for food and parcel deliveries that are scheduled.
In essence,Mine is agoraphobia.

Same here, I’m nervous for when the lockdown ends because I’ve felt much safer when I’m in my own home as most of my paranoia comes from when I’m outdoors so it’s scary to think that I’m gonna have to try and socialise more often and go back to work.

Going out creates opportunities too. Nothing bad will happen to you if you go out after lockdown .I wish you all best luck for post lockdown life.
