Do I have anxiety? How can I get help?

Hi everyone. New to this kind of thing. I've been having stomach pains and chest pains since March. I became so worried that I was having heart attacks that I eventually had a 'nervous breakdown'. I cried uncontrollably for an hour, and felt uneasy about leaving my house for a long time afterwards. Having never taken a sick day in my life, I took 7 weeks off. I'm back at work now, but I still suffer from the following EVERY DAY - blurred vision, dizzy spells, headaches, mild pins n needles in hands and feet, depression, chest and stomach pains. Sometimes I feel really nervous for no apparent reason, but that is just an occasional thing.I rarely laugh any more, and I've lost a lot of weight.
I've read countless books about anxiety, but as much as I try to ignore the symptoms and get on with my life, I cannot seem to get 'back to my old self'. Every day is the same, and it's been going on week after week, month after month. I've taken up yoga and meditation, and while I enjoy them they don't seem to help my get better. I do some exercise when I feel like I can handle it. Sport used to be my anti-depressant before all this.
Is this anxiety? How do I beat it? Should I be on medication? I really could be doing with some help/answers...?
Thank you for listening.

Have you spoken to your GP about the symptoms you are having? If not, it would be worth doing so.

If you are female, many of the symptoms you described could be linked to menopause. I recognise many of these as I passed through it.
