hey so I'm under home treatment team as I'm going through a tough time,
the nurse mentioned they recently started distress tolerance groups where youre on a video call for like two hours with psychologists, psychiatrists etc and other patients learning coping methods and mechanisms, was wondering anyone ever done this before?

Yes - please share. Funnily enough yesterday in therapy my T gave me an exercise on distress tolerance! I’m excited to try it out & see if it helps me cope with my obsessions.
