Hi Folks,

I'm afraid, and I can tell by sight, that my weight has shot up.

I think, it's the too much carb intake. I shall increase more vegetarian protein, and have a couple of types of side salad, if mum happens to make more pasta and sweetcorn salad, a small portion I'll have though, also coleslaw. I got to definitely decrease the carbs.

I feel it's the too many pots of noodles, and subs, as well.

I'll programme in hot green tea drinks, as well.


I'll exercise more frequently. To my fitness dvds, and also getting hopefully to zumba gold on Wednesdays, lesser impact, as the emphasis is on toning more, than dance, and the other gold class, is more dancier. When I feel, I have greatly reduced weight, I'll do more dancier aerobics, in at home. And salsacise workouts.

Hi Folks,

I have just had a hot green tea drink.


For the evening meal snack, I had a vegetarian, escalope, with a small amount of sweetcorn and pasta salad, and also coleslaw. For once, no chips.

I might do my chair fitness this evening.

Tomorrow, and all being well, during the course of the morning, I'll get my normal standing based workout done. Parents shall be out in the morning, I can combine make use of the living room, for working out in. That has always been the case, by the way. Unless, mother's in, so I might just stick with my chair fitness. Which can be done at any time of day.

Unfortunately, we shan't be eating out this evening, something came up and also, mum's not feeling well again, doesn't worry me, I'm watching my weight.


All being well this morning, I shall get my warm up stretching, and dancier and toning workout done.

HI Folks,


I was able to get my traditional aerobics I decided in the end, done this morning.

Hopefully, I'll do another workout early week, however, I have been suffering with boil complaints on head, and I'm going to try to be in at GP services, either tomorrow, they are there all day, or on Tuesday.

At the moment, via one of the boil areas, if it is a boil, it's agony slightly.


My dieting is going reasonably well.


I seriously didn't wish to have extra weight gain from a meal out anyway, so I'm pleased we're not going out for a meal today, also, my mother isn't very well, tiredness wise from her medication and afib heart problems, condtions, so she's feeling slightly low. Hopefully via on Friday, at the heart consultant, she'll feel more relaxed about things.

I wasn't able to do my workout today, as I hoped. I hadn't been generally physical health well.

Hi Folks,

I managed to get my low impact salsacise workout done.

Hopefully, another workout session, over the weekend.


Dieiting, wise, I had some external mental health probs, which resulted in me, comfort food zone eating, I now have this managable, and under control. Cutting back and down certainly on choclate.


I hardly have any normal (because I'll have tuna subs as well) peanut butter sandwiches on normal bread between meals, nope, these are replaced with rice cakes.
Which are at long last now mending.

I now purchase to have, high protein less sugar, peanut and caramel bars. I'm trying to get away from having too much sugary stuff, so to speak, due to my health problematic complaints.

Hi Folks,

I have made a start with my fitness workouts. I have done a normal standing, low impact salsacise session, in at home.

Now, annoyingly, and my mother would like to hopefully have her afternoon resting time, so I might have to try to aim for morning workouts, otherwise, chair fitness sessions, instead.

Dieting wise, I have had a couple spaced out, of normal bread sandwiches, and separately sub style sandwiches for lunchtimes or evening meal times.


It's been far too warm in that we don't have the oven on these days, makes it extra warm worst.


I am hoping to get to zumba gold sessions, from next week onwards, or unless if t hey are on a holiday break, I'm going to have to research this.

Hi Folks,

I'm unwell at the moment. I'm not able to workout, owing to that I have had a b rand new boil come up. I have taken a dose of anti bacteria anti virus solution, I'll repeat that a couple of times aday, vitamin c, 1000 strength, and I'll put on antibiotic cream, a couple of times a day.


I have been low as of late, and t his could be one reason why the boil has materialised, and also, I might have just had, a bit too much sugary snack food.


Which I do intend and have been this week, cutting back and down, on. Ie, cereal bars, healthy cereal bars might just have contained a bit too much sugar, more than not for my liking.


Hopefully by mid week, I'll be alright for zumba gold, Wednesday.

Hi Folks,


Gradually and self treating the boil, new boil this is, I am getting there, I am not so uncomfortable, as once was. I'll continue to take a few spoons of anti bacteria and anti virus combined solution, a couple of times a day, vitamin c, once a day, I don't think I will do the antibiotic cream, that sometimes has me feeling extra uncomfortable, so I'll leave that aside, the anti bacteria and virus solution combined will be enough to help out the complaint.


I am hoping that Monday, and or Tuesday, I can go back to doing my chair fitness again, and attending zumba gold, all being well, Wednesday.


Unfortunately, for one reason or another, mother has been out every day this week, for afternoons, so she couldn't have her afternoon resting sessions, that will return to normal next week, so this is how and why I am replanning chair fitness. Unless, off course, I happen to be up at a reasonable time, of the mornings, to do a normal standing based workout.


i am feeling much better now, in terms of the new boil, only sllightly uncomfortable.

I slept very well overnight, was very tired due to heat, so I retired for the night earlier, around 9.15/9.30pm.

I am hoping, and with today hopefully to be less busier, that certainly earlier evening, or during the evening, I'll get my chair fitness done.

I am planning to get to, if it isn't wet weather, zumba gold very near me, on Wednesday morning.

Hi Folks,

There is a slight chance, and we will see how the weather might fair, for the earlier evening, that parents and I might be, going out for a meal.


I prefer our other restaurant haunt, as it's a different class act of restaurant, and they don't go above board, with birthday greetings, song and cake. Well, song anyway, the song in the other place is very loud, and one can hardly hear one self t hink. Not to mention, the busiest of custom conversations. And depending which side of the early or during eveng meal time we are in.


Also at our other haunt, they have more of a choice, more variety.

Hi Folks,

A bit belated, with my update;


I'm very unwell at the moment, with a problematic health complaint, nono nothing serious not mental health anyway, I have a very acute problem of boil health complaint.

Depending on how parents might think, about going out for a meal, in the evening, or if they were to, with me, I'll inform mum at some point, I'm not well enough to, to enjoy the ambiences of a meal out.

Another few days, hopefully, I'll get going with my chair fitness, I get a feeling I'll have to take a dose of paracetamol initially for the boil.

HI Folks,


I basically needed to take a painkiller, and that - paracetamol based, and that sorted out the throbbing pain, for the acute boil.

I am allowing for Tuesday to be completely recovered from the boil, so I can then do my chair fitness depending off course, on the weather.

Though apparently, thunderstorms are on the way, seemingly, and it is very much welcomed or will be welcomed, to cooldown dramatically the air pressure and temperatures.


I am intending, and I will need to check it's on, to get to zumba gold, on Wednesday, this will be a9.45 session, for 1 hour.

Hi Folks,

I'm well, very well. Except for my psorasis though, I'll have to put more application on scalp on.


I happen to be up earlier for once, so therefore, I'll be able to get my workout done, I haven't decided for now which style of normal based standing workout I will do, I'll decide in a short while.

My dieting has had some slip ups, however, I'm rectifying this.
