Hi Afternoon Folks,


I'm glad I'd been seen by the GP today, I was able to have an appointment for this morning.

I have been givien more of my normal scalp application,and also he's given me something also, with that as the main ingrediant and something else combined. I haven't used, that yet, and after when parents are back from shopping, mother should be able to assist me, with the gel to be massaged onto my scalp, only for s hort term use. The other one I can, long term/permanent.


So my psorasis will be much assisted extra and better.


I managed to do my dance workout this morning.

Dieting wise, and during a religious festival at the moment, I'm fine, I don't have any specific food withdrawl symptons due to the festival.

Hi Afternoon Folks,


i'm very well, no mental health problems to report today.


I have been this afternoon, overall listening to musicals and music and knitting - also, I popped out on an errand for mother.


I managed to get a workout done - dance aerobics, this morning.


i am somehow more settled today, than, yesterday, all day I was very unsettled for one within external reason, outside of home, or another. Today, I am much better overall.

I'm glad to hear you're doing better. I'm sorry to be a pessimist but things haven't gotten better for me and I'm starting to feel like I'm doomed to live a life of pain and disappointment.

This plantar fasciitis thing has literally ruined my whole life. I'm only 26 yrs old and I've developed heel pain. I have the body of a 65 yr old. People tell me I look like I could be 35-40. I haven't gotten to go running in days. As a result I've completely lost confidence in that department. I've gained weight, relapsed with cigarette smoking, ruining my most impressive quit in years which was 2 months, haven't slept well and am always in pain. Everything I try makes my condition worse. If I even smell an m&m I gain weight. I have to baby my foot and its starting in my other foot as well. No I don't have any money to see a doctor. I'd be lucky to get better footwear. I had to quit one of my jobs because it involves a lot of standing. So what do I do all day? I sit around and watch tv and eat. That's all I can do. I can't hike anymore, much less run or do anything like that. It hurts to stretch. Running was a very positive outlet that detoxified me mentally, emotionally and physically and I can't do it anymore.

So we dodged the bullet with moving out of state but right after another life crisis attacks me. Things were going great before. I was at an all-time peak of personal fitness, I was very happy, truly happy. That's hard for me to say because I'm a depressed mother-f*****. I finally got to taste happiness again, only to have it shattered at the realms of my feet. I was finally well off and had a 2-month quit from cigarettes and thought I'd never look back at any costs. There's always some sick cruel way that life proves me wrong and worthless. On top of that I've relived other hard things that I thought I'd gotten over, various personal tragedies and traumas. I just don't know anymore. I have to be on meds 24-7 now because I came very close to killing myself several times this year, a few of them being much earlier this year and one being this last week because I woke up and saw the golden sunshine through my window and just felt so depressed and helpless. Anyway I'm sorry to purge this out here I just didn't know where else to go and I feel like everyone else here is sick of hearing from me. LIke you I also have psoris. Its a side effect of one of my medications. ITs actually gotten much better since I stopped running so I guess that's good. I had it on my torso, ribs and underarms. It was red, itchy and inflamed. Now its just a soft patch of brownish white skin.

I hope you continue to feel better. I'm glad to hear you're working out and taking good care of yourself. That's always good and helpful. I'm trying to find ways to get to feeling better myself, besides just falling asleep or eating. I had planned to have a pretty impressive fitness peak this year that surpassed last years but that's definitely not going to happen now. I feel like I'm an old person now because I can't do much anymore and I can't relate to anyone my age about anything. I guess that's good and bad. I want to quit smoking cigarettes again but wheat's the point if I can't be healthy anyway? Best regards.

I just happened to have been up earlier, so I thought right, I'll do my contemporary dance workout, at some point this early morning.

My dieting is going well. Keeping in mind, that is is our Passover festival at the moment, until Saturday evening.

Hi Morning Folks,


I felt that I couldn't do my dance aerobics for today. Instead, I did a short mini t raditonal aerobics, and also traditional aerobics toning (strengthening work).

I am hoping I'll sleep tomorrow, in case, I am up earlish, I've got an idea I'll do my low impact salsacise workout.

So start your day with a healthy breakfast like a bowl of high-protein, high-fiber cereal topped with fresh fruit, and skim or low-fat milk. Feel free to enjoy eggs on the weekends; just limit the high-fat sides such as biscuits, bacon, and gravy. Replace them with lean ham, fruit salad, and whole-grain toast.

i have had terrible psorasis and sinuses combined headaches today. Resulted eventually me taking a painkiller, I'm finer this afternoon, and hopefully this evening.

Hi Early Morning folks,

I just happened to be up earlier, so I thought right, I'll get my dance aerobics and toning workout done, from about 6am.

It's Passover at the moment, and my weight when last checked, seemingly has increased a bit. I'll sort that via working out, and also, once we have Passover out of the way, and resume to continue on with normal dietry food.


Looking forward to attending zumba, Wednesday 1st May in my care and community location.

Hi Afternoon folks,


I am very much better psorasis wise. Took almost a couple of weeks, of psorasis, now I am very much better, thanks to the more application liquid for t he problem, and I have also been given a gel to massage onto the scalp, only for short term usage.


I haven't been able to workout owing to sleeping, overnight, and also I had very acute arthritis, in feet occur as usual, when cooler and wetter wea ther happens. Hopefully, I'll workouit tomorrow.


Dieting wise, final day and evening of Passover, back to more normal reality, this evening, lat e evening. Then onwards.

Hi Evening Folks,


At long last, Passover is over, terminated on Friday night, and we are now having normal ordinary and kosher other wise food.


I'm going to have to do a maddening and harder and faster workout, tomorrow, of dancier aerobics and toning work, out, due to a shocking slight incident, on our way to return home from out to lunch.


My psorasis, has taken a turn for the worst slightly, not too bad.

I have been very tired this, evening, I have revitalised by having a rice cake and peanut butter, and orange juice.

Hi morning folks,

I happened to have been up earlier, so I thought right, I'll workout from about 5.30am or so am this morning.

Following on from having a shock happen yesterday, whilst out making return to home journey, and also via my normal mental health external sources, what we call in the mental health world, intrusive thoughts, there just happened to have been a low helicopter, about 6pm, yest erday, and I t hen had triggered, intrusive thoughts. Which I brushed off, and became much better after hearing some music.

The workout will be maddening, harder and faster within.

I have done my fitness workout to fitness dvd. I decided to keep to a tradi tional ae robics wo rkout, and also, I hadn't wish to overdo things, too soon.


I'll workout next eit her on Wednesday or Thursday.

Hi Afternoon folks,

My psorasis had gotten to the s tage, whereby, and I have been prescribed, a once a day gel, to massage onto scalp, for short term use only, and t he instructions are so complicated, my mother basiscally just assisted me with my normal application for on scalp. Anyway, as she can see above my head psorasis wise for what's going on, I knew that she could massage the application normal one, onto scalp, much better than I can. I gave my hair another wash with speclialised shampoo, over the weekend.


As mother says, soon or later, we'll h ave to use the complicated instructions one. As well.


Since that she assisted, my psorais at the moment, has greatly improved.


I'll keep an ye on the hair head or scalp situation.

Psorasis wise since mother assisted me, I continue to improve.

Due to dentistry, I am having to and have been cutting back and down, on sugary food stuff, however, we have just experienced Passover, and I feel, wholeheartedly, that is where the damage has been done. I suddenly realised, I was having celebratory festival cake slices at afternoon tea in a t home, and after evening meal, together with parents. I feel, that this probably most likely caused the cavity problem in one tooth, and cavity which the dentist won't like me for, next week, via another tooth, and via another tooth, this is how I was in most pain, and the dentist couldn't spot anything wrong with the tooth? Anyway, I am back in the dental chair, next Tuesday.


I am sleeping very well, at the moment, I haven't been able to allocate morning time for my workouts.


Dieting wise; back to normal now, what with Passover, I am relieved, so is mother, so relieved to be back to having ordinary kosher food, and non suitable kosher food, for in at home. Including kosher meat and kosher fish, I might add.


I might be planning, to some chair fitness workouts done, due to not being able to workout early morning.
