HI all,

I am very much better - a combination of fall very painful and a couple of boils on the top part of my leg.


I am hoping now, tomorrow might be a bit soon, that on Tuesday, earlier in th emorning, I'll resume working out, I shall only do a short test workout, within a workout, anad if all is well, I'll build up gradually on Wednesday.


Thankfully, now i realise the hard way, I must have been feeling anxious and stressed this previous present week, what with the arthritic leg of dad's, that I had one too many of the high fibre cereal bars. Anyway, as things are seemingly progressing for dad now, and I am much better, I'll know to keep, to only 1 per per day of the high firbre cereal snack bar.


I have now righted, back to normal.


Also, I am less stressed, less anxiosu, less irritible.


I am looking forward hopefully, to attending an energizing exercise session, in my day centre, locally near me, well about an half horu bus ride, on the 14th August, and also the zumba gold class, on Saturday 9th, coming up.

HI all,


The novelty of the painkillers must have wore off, anyway I have rubbed gel onto the affected painful area about me, therefore, I can't think about exercising for this week, as I still am painful, slightly now, in the motion of sitting down, and slightly getting up from sitting down.


I shouldn't like to think about chair base fitness yet a while as that certainly does involve sitting work in a chair, so whilst I have this pain, slightly, I'll pass on that fitness method. I don't think it's the case of the GP in this instance, because I am very much better than I was once, with the pains, in this region, and I think it's just the question of healing in time. I just feel very annoyed that the fall happened, then, well, it was an accident, in at home, and I didn't know I was going to have a fall.


I don't think I'll jump too quick, at attending a high explosive energetic dance class, next week, for the first term either, so I'll hang on, and go to the next term. That will be a very long wait.


Meanwhile, a new programme of activiities in my care and community centre should be coming out soon, and I am in the throes of trying to find out if there will be tasters, of brand new exercise sessions, coming up, once I know, I can then hopefully, depending on this slight pain, I can then plan. The tasters are always held in September for a first brand new year of brand new exercise sessions. Sometimes, these are on trial, because we don't know how successful, the brand new classes might be.


In terms of the exercise session, which can be done low impact, I'll see how I am on Wednesday next week, for Thursday's session.

HI all,


I still have the problem of slight pain, inthe motion of th eregion area of sitting down, it's not so bad as it once was. I am allowing a full week, and over the next weekend, for a full recovery, following on from the fall.

So therefore, I shan't workout yet a while.


My dieting is still under ocntrol, certainly haven't overeaten. My dieting is manageable.


Hopefully, tomorrow, I shall be out, to take part in my care and community centre's Karoke for their elder members to enjoy, session. I don't wish to say too much about the song I have in mind, as it might not be in the song set list, hopefully though, it will be.

HI all,


I would have been ok, thsi evening, except recovering well from the fall still, my left leg, and I had a boil infection there, on the surrounding area part, it was itching me something chronic, anyway, I've just had a bath, with softeniing lotion to soften the body, it's a specialised lotion, prescribed, and I have put from the same range, cream on that area. It feels much better now.


Otherwise, I am getting there, time being a natural healer as they say.

HI all,


For the tirst time in a I don't know how long, I was able to do my short workout test within. I have been aching in my upper back, so I felt best, not to overdo things for today.


I am hoping that Saturday, I'll go to Zumba Gold group.

I am much much better as far as the boils are concerned, at the top part of my leg. Following on from the fall I am very much better. Now.

I am weather permitting, intending on getting to zumba gold class group on Saturday morning.

I happened to have been up and about earlier today, so apologies for a very early post!


So on that note, I thought right, I'll get a test workout done, from 6am or 5.30am, this morning.


Overall, I am very much much better, particularly, following on from a slight problem, on my middle lower back.

HI all,


I have just completed, and getting my own cooldown and stretching done, a couple of fitness dvds workout, done.

Just basically consiisting of traditional low impact aerobics, and, I am feeling more fitter, and more toned up, plus an extra booster for my circulation, as I do suffer with raynoulds, and boy, the raynoulds, is worse at this time of year.


I have an idea, what I'll do for lunchtime, via in the sense of heating up, from pre cooked, vegetarian meal, whether if it will get to frutiion, will be another thought. It's going to be wet today, so I am likely to be in around lunchtime.


Hopefully, I'll go to zumba gold, tomorrow, now, it's a bit chillier, or it will be via the lobby entrance, I'll ensure I'll keep my fleece on, throughout the entire warm up, and if necessary, through out the class, I'll see how I'll go. They'll have heating on to begin with, then turned up for the aerobic dance part component of the class.

HI all,


I have had a bad back this afternoon, anyway I took a preferred dose of painkiller, and I am now finer.

I am not going to zumba godl tomorrow, due to my back, depending how it will be., and the weather.


I am hoping that over the weekend I'll do a workout because a workout does help for my ciruclation, providing a booster for it.

Hi Folks,

I happened to have been up early, which, as an advantage enables me to get a in home workout done.


I'll be working out from 6.15am. The in home sessions, usually, take up to an hour.


This the workout this is, will then set me up for the day ahead. So that I don't become too irritible, or too flustered, if I am having a quiet day of no volunteering requests.

HI Folks,


I have just completed a session of a workout. I feel more fitter, more toned up, less irritible and less stressed, also, my raynoulds benefitted from the workout. Also, I wore my fleece, as it was damn colder today, in the warm up and stretching and a bit of aeroibcs sections of workout in the earlier stage of working out.


Hopefully, I'll next workout tomorrow.

Hi All,

I for some reason, couldn't feel to be workout today. I am h oping to over the weekend.


My diet management is going well, I had a baked potato with melted cheese at lunch, and this evening, I just had a soup earlier, and have just had a protein bar, which is less sugar, and less fat.

i am half hoping I can get into zumba gold Saturday morning, the problem being though, it's on too early, and the time i might wake u p, I then can't feel to attend.


So I am hoping that I'll get a afternoon workout done, on Saturday in at home.

HI all,


I'm ok, I have a painful headache at the moment, probably and having been out in, the contrast change of weather from this week.

I have used a rubbing on stick, and my small inhaler sniffer for my catarrh and sinuses. I haven't not long had a soft drink. I am trying to reduce down the amount of painkillers I take, on that note, I'll take my sinuses med I think.


I hope everyone else is physical health well, and mental health off course,

HI all,

My head is a lot better now, now that I have bought more of preferred painkiller type which I usually take.


I am hoping to get to fitness, zumba gold tomorrow morning. Otherwise, I'll get an in home session workout done. At some point over the weekend.


Whilst posting; I have reduced down partially my med dose, the 25ml, was beginning to drive me mad again, in the sense of side affect of shaking. Either in my hands, or i nmy leg. As it developed into my leg, though that could have been through my raynoulds as well, I felt, I'll reduce down, and mental health wise, see how I get on, on level of 20ml. Certainly couldn't go below 20ml.

HI all,

I happened to have been up and about much earlier than anticipated for today, so I'll get an in home workout done, about from 6.30am onwards. Also, I felt not to attend zumba gold classes, even though a fun, easier level, or modified level even, until I get my full fitness up to speed.


My dieiting level is ok, I haven't overeaten in between meals, not too much anyway.



There's a possiblity of a meal out this weekend, instead h opefully of ordering pasta on side, depending which restaurant we're in, I'll order roast vegetables, and sweet potatoe, instead.

i hope to then workout, on Monday. Early morning.

HI all,

We happened to have been out for a meal. I had chicken milanese. I couldn't really swap for vegetables, they might not have been what i wanted, or unsure, or, not very well cooked, one of the three. So instead, I had with pasta, bolognese, which I am always happy about, a big portion, and at one point, i had to give in, far too much, for my liking of a portion amount.


Tomorrow, hopefully, I'll burn off the main course calories in working out.

HI Folks,

With the uncertainty when I'll be helping with a mailing, on an ad hoc basis, this week, it will probably encourage me to be up earlier overnight, I s hould think, not too early maybe about 4 or 5, therefore, that will the timing will enable to give me an advantage to get a morning workout done.

i'll then workout again, on Tuesday. Early morning.


Wednesday I'll should be volunteering in the morning as I say, uncertain for this week, so I won't workout before hand, I'll be too tired for the travelling. Or I might workout I'll decide on the day.


My dietiing is ok, I'm not overeating. The diet management is going very well.

HI all,

Having been up from 4, I am feeling tired slightly, I have however managed to get a shortish workout done.

I am now feeling fitter, and more toned up.

Also, it will prepare me for my volunteering via my monitoring my email account, so I don't become too flustered if i might be having a quietish morning.

I am expected this week, for a volunteering stint - just not too sure, when.

I happen to have acute intermittant dental pain or sinuses at the moment, so I haven't been feeling brilliant, I have emailed in, into the dental surgery asking if i can bring forward my appointment for next week, or otherwise I'll stick, with the 2nd October appointment.
