Hi Morning Folks,

I have just completed my workout. I felt that as it is colder, or getting colder now, I did an extensive warm up and stretching, and followed by a prolonged dance workout, then cooling down and stretching.

As I say, I've realised, I've overeaten slightly yesterday, so I'll automated, hopefully should be able to reduce food intake for today.

Hi Afternoon, Folks,

Owing to the Saga sorry state of affairs what with Brexit, I have been driven to get a 2nd workout of the day done. So in terms of volunteering - a double bill, tomorrow, from 10am in the morning, I'be very fit, and very toned up.

I have done well, in terms of overeaten, which I haven't, I have had a half of roll, with no added sugar peanut butter, for afternoon tea, and that will be that now, until meal time, this evening.

As i happen to have a lesser amount of mailing task, for tomorrow, hopefully, I'll workout in the earlier morning.

Fortunately the s tart time, isn't until 11.15am. from that time onwards.

Hi Morning Folks,

For this late week, and I have done this before, on a late week, particularly where i have done travel and volunteering, I have done a low impact salsacise as my cooldown late week workout.

Over the weekend, I might start up and do my low impact usual fitness workouts, to dvds. Actually weather permitting on Monday, I'm considering trialing the zumba fitness, for 11.30 start time.

Apologies for an earlier overnight post. Now this is good, because it will enable me to get a hard and fast workout done, later on this overnight.

I have just had a vitamin and protein bar, thankfully non nut based.

I have just completed aerobics and toning combined workout. Later on, possibly or maybe from about 6.30am, or 6.15am, I'll do a lengthy with a warm up and cooldown, stretching, toning dvd segment workout.

My diet overall has been going very well.


I am scheduled to weigh tomorrow. I'll debrief on here, if I managed to have shed any weight loss.

Hi Morning Folks,

I was going to upload a post earlier, just couldn't manage to, no no not mental health, except that I have had through colder temperatures, spaced out, for an hour, and then from I've had what with my raynould's a terrible night of lack of sleep, and also if as well at all, subconsiously, deluisons, not aware of delusions, hearing wise, close up in the head. Oh yes, I've had, a bit of a heard voice, reaction as well.

Later on this morning, from about 5.30 - 7am, I have done and with the central heating, on, athorough and extensive low impact traditional aerobics, and also dance workout done. Plus cooling down and stretching.


i have had an overnight low sugar peanut butter, sandwich. To help with energies.


That's my workout donefor the today,


I'm not too sure, what I'll have or make for lunch.

The workout session overall very much helped out the bit of a heard voice, literally a heard vocie.

I have not long completed fitness session workouts in at home, taking up to an hour and a half.

My dieting has been behaving really well, and I haven't though what with this weather currently and recentlyI haven't had not one thought to buy packs of choclate pieces.


i am going to be pre watching my brand new fitness dvd today, in fact for this week.


My next workout session shall be Thursday morning.

Hi Morning Folks,

I did it! I have just trialed my after such a long time of non buying dvds, I have too many, so didn't need to, I have done the highly energetic, low impact mainly dance workout. And with toning combined.


Now, from now onwards, If I happen to go into my annoyances and irate mode, or if i know, when, I'll be helping for future which I'll be kept in the loop, for more mailing work, and also charitible work else where in the North West of London areas, NW11, and NW2, I will benefit greatly from this fantasic, and excellent dance workout dvd. Which obvisouly I'll workout way before setting out to travel, and volunteering.


And I'll workout harder within.


I can't really work out on evenings, or the late af ternoons, parents are in the living room, so if should by fluke happen to be too flustered, in terms of monitoring and following up emails for volunteering, I know I can fall back upon this new dance dvd.

Hi Evening Folks,

After such a horrendous and shattering week, and late last week, and stress also, at long last, I have bounced back to be very much my normal old self.


I was so stressed out, currently this early week, I had to worked out twice today, to my new fitness dvd.

And listening to music, virtually all afternoon, and evening, I'm much more my normal self.


Temporarily, I have increased my dose up to 25ml.

Hi morning folks,apologies, for an overnight earlish post - yet again!

I had a reasonable night of sleep very well, the only problem being, house outside security lighting, from the main road, via my left side of property (mine) was disturbing me and woke me up at 5am. Anyway, it's alright very much so, because it then enables me to get a workout session, done, from 6am.


Overall, my dieting, just creating off own back diet plans, is working extremly well. Except last night, we had parents and I, heavy hot cooked meat meal, and with ours'deuvre before hand.


My fitness plans are going extremely well. However I have been having some external outside of home factors, to bother and annoy and irate me, so I have worked out on Wednesday, in a extra double harder within workout session. Yesterday, in h appiness, not stress, in view of the bitterly cold weather i worked out to 3 fitness dvds, so that I don't have cause for aches and pains, owing to the bitterly colder weather.

It's going to be raining tomorrow, so I can't make zumba gold, then, all being well and still weather permitting, I'll attend zumba gold on Saturday forthcoming. Also, I am planning for Wednesday t his forthcoming week,
of attending zumba within my care and community charitble organisation.

Hi Evening Folks,


I have had such a problematic past couple of weeks, that I had to encorporated extra working out.


Anyway, I am now much much finer, and more calmer. Oh and extra double harder working out within.


Dieting off own back wise, absolutely fine.


My s trong mutual attracted mutual admirer, is giving me a positive effect regarding hardly eating in between meals, in fact, today, I would always have afternoon tea, about 4pm, couldn't have it until at least 6pm.
So that's how much my strong mutual admirer positive effect wise, I am recieiving always from him.



I hope to be normal non too harder working out as normal hard level of workout over the weekend.

Hi Folks,

I have such a turbulence mad week easily getting hetting up, and frustrations, combined, and irate, I have finally been able to return to more calmer, and more my old usual well on med, self.


i am very much into the mode of working out in fitness (apologies, for the delay, I had to interrup to soften my problematic dry skin, and raynould's condiitons. working out daily, and frequently.

My dieting management has been very well, and I am weighing currently - 9 and a half stone.


I'm going to try to aim my care and community zumba, class, advance enegetic and toning workout energy class. If they go into a aerobic jog, I'll just march on the spot, if they go into a twist, I'll just march on the spot.


I'll notify the outfit who hosts the zumba, to inform them about my planned alternative moves.

After i woke up, I had somewhat of pain, at the top part of leg.


So I haven't done a workout today, and probably not until tomorrow or Tuesday.


It is feeling marginally better - i might just do my chair fitness, later on this evening.
