Hi Folks,

It's taken me some doing, I'm now very much better following on from sinuses, I took a painkiller, and restyled my hair with hairdryer, to enable to have some he at from the hair dryer to help me out, I hadn't realised, it was that bitterly cold, today, and I had my woolly hat on as well.


i had to happily get a piece of housework done, which has been done, and I need to get something else done, tomorrow.


My diet management is fine.


i am still hoping that either later on today, or tomorrow, I'll do my chair fitness.

Hi Folks, Evening All,


I'm very much better boil wise, the infections have cleared, and majority of the boil shrunk right down.

I'm hoping that tomorrow, early evening, I'll do my chair fitness, prepares me better for evening time.


Looking forward to a voluntary work stint, on Wednesday for morning, the work start time, 10.30am, I'll set out from home about 9/9.15am.

I'm very much better - boil wise. No more infection, and it's greatly improved.


I am planning on earlier during the evening about 8pm, to get my chair fitness done.

Hi Folks,

i decided not to chair workout this evening. Nope, because the amount of work for the ad hoc volunteering stint is far less, than, say, at my new potential outfit, if I get to hear from them, so I'll always will plan to do my chair fitness in time, before I go to t hem.

Later on, in the week, I hope to get my normal workout done.

Hi Folks,

I surprised myself this evening. I managed via my dvd segment, to get my chair fitness session done.

I'm feeling fitter and more toned. Quiet remaining of the week, volunteering wise, no volunteering all being well until Tuesday morning. - 10-10.30-12pm.


I am hoping I'll get to zumba gold, i know, it has been ridicouslousy hot, in heatwave, I just couldn't get there. So all being well, this Saturday - I'll attend.

Hi Folks, Morning All,

I happened to have slept very well overnight, waking up earlier than first thought, thinking 9 or 10, I am up and about now.

Mental health wise, I'm very well. I had to increase my dose last night slightly for the purposes of irritiblity, when the weather improves hopefully, and if it is dry and just windy, I'll level off, and reduce to 20ml again.


As I happen to be up and about earlier, that from about 6.45am, I'll get a workout done.


I hope all h ave been just about well, and or managing the best as we can be, and all is well behind the scenes of MHF.

Hi Evening Folks,

No chair fitness t his evening.

I am intending on getting to zumba gold, on Saturday morning. I should be able to pick up the routines, after a couple of weeks of attendance. I'm not sure about the following weekend, it's deemed to be wet.


I hope to be working out in at home, on Sunday morning.

Hi R_Sxo,


I'm afraid, my weight is up slightly. It occurred to me that with the colder weather this week, I'd been h aving a few or certainly 2 of outside bought jacket potatoes. And that also I'd been having some nuts in the late week as well.


I'll reduce the jackets hopefully to just 2 a week spaced out, and no more nuts! I'll stick to hopefully sub style of sandwiches more through the weeks, also, it occurs to me, I bought a few rolls, during the week, from a local bakery, where I volunteer in North West of London, so I'll try not to be tempted to buy rolls, again in the near future.


I managed to get my workout normal workout done on Thursday, if parents do go out shopping this afternoon, I'll get a 2nd workout done then. I'm not adding toning at the moment, just low impact aerobics.
When I feel comfortable and safe to do so, I'll get down to the floor, for floorwork, via my fitness dvds.


As long as probably predicted weather wise, in the next couple of weeks, it's going to be mild, I won't have to get 1 too many extra of j acket potatoes, in the week. Hopefully, not anyway.


I am thinking of going to Zumba Gold group on Wednesday morning.

Hi Evening Folks,


Happy bonfire night, well fireworks, if you are out celebrating.


I have suddenly have realised, that the reason why I was feeling so headachy, to the side of my head, and I put it down to sinsues, I have either boil or cyst brewing there. I have taken a dose of anti bacteria anti virus remedy solution of 3 spoons, for this evening. I'll make up a dose of vitamin c, though I have a feeling I've had that for today, so I can't do that, not to double up the dose this is.


For one reason or another, I have been low, this week, still, and these boils are popping up.

Apart from the fact, I made a terrible mistake of getting lucozade to drink, so that will inform me not to in the near future, do that.


I'll dab antibiotic cream, onto the afffected area as well.


Hopefully, tomorrow, or on Monday, I'll be much better from the boil to the side of head. I'm afraid boils, are genetic, via my uncles family, on my let rest grandmother's side, via mother, and it's caught me. And also, my grandfather let rest, had a bad case of psorasis, which I have on my head.


I am hoping that on Monday i'll get a chair fitness done, rather than normal workout style.

Ihappen to be up early surprisingly, so I thought right, I'll workout from 6.30/6.45am ish, this morning.

It will be up tempo energetic low impact aerobics, and an energetic toning segment.

Hi Morning All Folks,

I have done an hour of workout. I am now feeling much fitter, and more toned, and also hopefully de-irritible.


I'll be putting my diet plan into action t his next week, starting off from today hopefully, just one baked potato a week, and then, also for lunches, sub style sandwiches, and unless I happen to be out to lunch, ie after volunteering, I have a balanced hopefully vegetarian vegetable and or protein based lunch, and it depends if I need to return to volunteering, I'll have something quick.


I can't see me getting to zumba gold, this forthcoming Saturday, it will be a very grim wet day, all day, when I last checked.

I have rested recovery workout wise throughout the day today, and evening, so I am planning to get a workout done, tomorrow morning. Hopefully, I should then be up earlish, I have volunteering on Tuesday, so I need to be to use a word, training, to be up earlish.

Hi Folks,

I couldn't normally workout this morning, I was asleep.

And i can't feel to do my chair fitness this evening. About 10/10.15pm, I'll retire for the night, and hopefully all being well, I'll do a early morning workout, way before I set out travelling for volunteering.

I think, I'll do my fun, hard contemporary dance workout dvd. I'll add on my toning later on in the week.


My dieting overall is going well.

Update;

Since I posted, I have had by chance my b vitamins with a hint of guarana, drink to reduce tiredness and fatigue, and I am much much better, so about half hour f rom now, I'll do my chair fitness session.

All being well, in the early morning, I'll workout. normal workout.
