Hi Morning Folks,

I have felt that I won't go to zumba gold, this weekend.


I have managed to get a workout done, though feeling tired/not quite with it for the day, tomorrow hopefully, or on Sunday, the workout ought to be performed much better.


I am trying out a new cereal for me, it's a low sugar, granola. Which is nut and barley based cereal.


I had some more water to also help to wash the cereal down, unfortunatley, I don't have ordinary milk, owing to my catarrhal problems.


My next workout session, hopefully on Sunday. or tomorrow.


i'm alright mental health wise, no problems to report.

Hi Afternoon Folks,

Tension headaches wise, I am very much better! completely clear of them. I have had a head full today of catarrh and sinuses, and after I had taken a painkiller, took a few spoons of anti bacteria/anti virus remedy solution, and also using my nasal spray a good couple of times, I have since even before mid afternoon, improved greatly. I am much much better.


Have been listening to music, and knitting, and earlier on, tuning into MHF.


Mental health wise; well, I've had to drop back the dose, to 20ml, because 25ml once more was driving me mad, with varying side affects. I'll monitor,I was thinking, of back up to 25ml, in time for travel and volunteering then I felt, lets see how I go on 20ml. I'm not under Community Mental health team, never have been not since 2008, and have always always just a paitent, under GP services. From a oriignal resource, I have the flexiblity of juggling the doses, as i see fit, without a cmht/gp appointment each time. Suits me, I felt, when realised, what was going to be happening, ie, overall a very well former cmht paitent and in only for flying visits appointments here and there.


I am hoping that tomorrow, or early week, and I'll do my traditional low impact aerobics workout. In preparation for travel and volunteering - mid, late week.

Hi Evening Folks,


I think, and even before we went away on holiday, and dad's blood pressure was up extremely high for a couple of weeks, and away unwell, and then away on holiday, I think my tension headaches flared up due to not being able to cope, via almost 3, 000 passengers.

I am now much much better, via in own home surrounds, and as normal, out and about shopping, and relieved to be back to resuming before I close up for the winter, volunteering.


I plan, to hopefully get more workouts going, to enable me to get my weight down, to in the main 9 and a half stone, and safely then down to 9.


Will be focusing on traditional low impact aerobics.


Also, now that we are back, and Dad had his follow up GP appointment, and things are more relaxed not so tensed up now, from him, and in general family wise at home, I am much much better stressed wise, I'm less stressed, less irritible, and more calmer, and more relaxed.


My dieting has been on the increase intake of food wise, not the type of food, so I need to do something about that anyway, and excercising I know, could well h elp, for this.


I shall hopefully be working out about 6 in the morning, tomorrow.

HI Evening folks,


Now that things have now returned to normal, and very much resettled down, my food intake, has miracously reduced, I am not eating as much, as I was last week, and the week before.


It's now 9.15pm, on Saturday 20th, October, and I am fine, I'm not stressed, not irritible, therefore, I haven't had the need to go into comfort food zone. Not since, from when I had evening meal, from about 7.15pm.

Hi Folks,


I do not have anymore tension headaches, they have now gone, and nor sinsuses, though, I had a slight turn of sinuses at lunchtime, today.

I feel that I am dropping off some more excess weight, and later on today, I'll get my chair fitness workout done.

My hand has been shaking via in the kitchen area today, I think due to what with concerns, what with father, and I hadn't been well, and due to anxious health concerns for father within me, the shakiness has developed much more in my wrist hand area. Allowing for a full week, of back to as mere normal now, and also trialing me on 20ml, doses, the shakiness should there fore improve, by the mid late week.


I am hoping to get a normal workout done, on Monday.

Hi Morning Folks,


I can happily report, that where on Saturday was weighing just 1 lb, under 10st, I am now down to 9 and a half stone.


I am planning on focusing on a lot of cardio low impact aerobics and toning workouts combined.

Down the line, I am planning on floorwork, due to my weaker back though, and I won't be able to get up safely and quickly, I am concentrating on standing workouts for the time being.

I have just done my chair fitness workout.

I feel fitter, and more toned, also more mentally lifted.

This chair workout session I have just done will help me to focus better for the trial volunteering tomorrow.


i always prepare for volunteering for strength and stamina, and that's where my fitness interests swings in.

Hi Folks,


I can tell or it has been pointed out to me, within home front, I have gained weight slightly, well we did have a biggish meat meal last night, plus ors'deurve, so I'm not surprised, by that. We will be h aving something lighter this evening.

I'm hoping to get another workout session, done over the weekend.

My diet management overall is fine, I have been cutting back, on normal bread sandwiches, packs of choclate, and I've had only 1 cafe bought baked/jacket potato.


In place of bread, I'm having rice cakes, or seaseme seed based ryvita crackers.


it's not often, we have such a big meal, 2 courses, at home, usually it's just the 1 main course meal.

Hi Evening Folks,

I'm very unwell at the moment, when I am much much better and can be able to concentrate fully, I'll resume my usual MHF frequent duties. Unfortunately, I have at the moment, an acute boil. And that boil is or has been very uncomfortable for me.


i've taken a dose of anti bacteria anti virus remedy solution, and I'll repeat this at bedtime, or before, and painkiller for throbbing pain.

I'm going to make a vitamin c 1000 drink, as well.


So once, again very unwell unfortunately, when I'm much better I'll resume my usual MHF duties.


if I have any other such problems, mental health, I'll report on here. Not in this section, no, in the usual right places.

Update; I'm progressing well, from the acute boil, than first thought. Hopefully, later on this evening, if not then certainly tomorrow, because it will be too late by then, for me, I'll be around certainly on MHF.

I'm feeling very much better now.

I slept apart from the colder temperatures, very well overnighter.


I'm getting there gradually via the original feeling of acute boil, I feel that it will clear internally within me.

Just have to be sure, I don't have anything too sugary in the meantime, and then onwards.


Not fitness working out today, owing to the boil.


Will take more spaced out doses of anti bacteria/anti virus remedy solution, a few spoons, a time, and vitamin c drink.

I'm gradually getting there, following on having had an acute boil flare up.

I'll allow for another couple of days, and i then should be very much better. Certainly can't workout temporarily because of the boil. It's not to let any sweat in, that's why.


I'm fine, otherwise, no physical health problems, though I have been having to contend with sinuses, and catarrh issues.

Hi Evening Folks,


I need to allow a couple of more days, for the boil, before i can entertain the thought of chair fitness workout.

I'm not feeling uncomfortable still, no, it's just that I can' risk a reflare of infection, at the affected area.


Hopefully, on Tuesday night, early evening time, I'll do my chair fitness then, I have a 2 set stints of mailing work up coming which I need to feel fitter and more toned up for, so in o ther words, for s trength a nd stamina.


My diet overall is doing remarkably well.

I can happily report, that I am weighing 9 and a half stone.

I do intend on getting my chair fitness done, later on today. I'm going to an area for shopping today, which I haven't been to in a long time, and it could easily tire me out, getting the journeying done both ways.


Therefore, I probably won't do my chair fitness until in the evening.


Or early evening.


My dieting is going very well, and I am having low sugar, food. Cutting back and down, on baked/jacket potatoes.

I have been suffering with terrible sinuses. I needed to take a painkiller to help.

I have made a hot drink also.


Hopefully, I shall get my chair fitness done, later on today.
