HI Folks,


Realising that it was evening time, I hadn't wished for anything too top heavy, meat meal based, so in stead, i opted for a vegetarian pasta option, cheese, tomato, and spinach.

Next week, sees my brother and his girlfriend joining, we'll go to somewhere different, and t hen being lunchtime, i can then order something with meat.


I am hoping that tomorrow morning, I'll do a workout from about 6am.

Hi, Morning All Folks,


Unfortunately, I missed the boat jokingly, on a genuine note, I couldn't workout this morning, owing to i was sleeping. I always sleep much better when my brother has been away for a long weekend, however, no doubt, and maybe from tomorrow, indirectly, I'll probably will wake up earlier, as I'll be travelling to the North West of London shopping areas, and lunch in my care and community location, so I can get all being well a workouit done, in the earlier morning.

HI Evening All Folks,


I'm alright, very well mental health wise, on 25ml, of mental health med.


I am hoping that possibly tomorrow morning, other wise Wednesday, I'll do my workout session, i haven't worked out in a long while, so it will just be salsacise, for this week, and all being well, i'll add on low impact t raditional aerobics, the next week.


My diet management is fine.

HI Folks,


I don't plan to be going out shopping tomorrow, because parents, mum in part icular wishes to be out, she can only get out by car, hasn't been able to health wise use buses, in years, and with my shakiness, side effect from my med, I would rather not be out at the same time, and have the problem well of locking up, and or also unlocking the house.

So on that note, I do hope that I'll be able to get a salsacise workout done, and added also with traditional aerobics. Only a mini workout of 12 minutes.


Otherwise, no real news to report, my dieting has since returned to more normal, following since the return of my admirer, strong admirer, so i am half hoping I would have lost some weight, this current week, later on when I check my weight then.

I have a happier feeling this evening, I feel i might have dropped off some more weight.

I still do intend to workout to my salsacise dvd segment, tomorrow.

I'll know for sure weight wise, when I do my weight check, tomorrow morning.

Hi Folks,

I'm not well today. Have been having to contend with a painful headache, acute - severe catarrh congestion, I'm much better now, not completely clear, i'm now alright though, and either r embrants of , or actual small boil pr oblem on my lower back part of head.


Mother is going to assist me later, for something else which we have at home, it's for dabbing on, rather than to take, to help draw out the infections from the boil location.I've requested that to be done, late afternoon/early evening time.


I might well be going to Enfield Town, tomorrow, otherwise, I'll leave for North West of London shopping centre, Thursday.

Will ease into needle working mode, and music listening, for the afternoon.


Have a good afternoon all (I still have my congestion, come back again, I'll be discussing this ailment, on Wednesday at GP)

Hi Afternoon Folks,


i'm alright now. My catarrh congest ion finally decided to give in, and is now much much easier better.

I also had some sinuses up, which result ed in my taking a painkiller for.


I had to happily pop out local shops area, and i couldn't manage a store, in my first time round out , as I had a full carrier bag.

Plus, I did need a couple of extra items, t his afternoon.


Will now ease into needle working, and music/musicals listening for the afternoon.

HI Folks,

I hope all are just about well, aware that we all have attributes of mental health factors.


I'm alright, I'm very well this evening, mental health wise, no irritibity for once, certainly not via my right ear anyway. My lower left leg has been a bit painful, they have been happier pains, releasing f rom infections, to brew up and to then draw out , on that note, I'll put on a drawing out cream, a small amount of, to help along the way more.


Porasis wise, I'm very well now, no problems there.


Sinsues, Ive had a batch occur today, which I had to take a dose of painkiller for.

I'm overall very well this evening.

My dieting is fine.


The diet is my off own back plan diet wise, cutting down, on bread sandwhiches, normal sandwiches this is, no or reduction of jacket potatoes, maybe only once a week now, less packets of choclate pieces, unless off course, the weather (careful mods) should take a t urn for the worst, causing aches pains, and irritibity, i'll have to aim for that kind of choclate again, have choclate and limit, for once or twice a week.


Still have tuna subs. for lunchtimes, and balanced either home, within cooked meat balanced meals in evenings, or vegetarian meals. In the evenings.

Limit amounts of fizzy drinks, have fruit juice instead, and limit amount of black currant squash drink, to once or twice a day.


Still plan to do lower impact salsacise workouts, for this and the folllowing week, and progress onto 12 minute tradiitonal low impact aerobics.


Now, what I wo uld like this time round to do, when able to, and safely, and feel ready, to progress adding in total 20-30 mins session of workout of traditional aerobics, levelling off f rom lower impact salsacise.

Further later on, just after lower impact aerobics, for 20-30mins, within the hour, add toning on.

No extra weights, I just use self weight resistance for toning work.


And, that's basically it really, I don't go to gyms, certainly not a member of, too noisy, and can't risk paying for membership rates, in case I'm unwell, or have t o happily get to volunteering, so preferalby working out in home, and I don't have to pay gym class fees, either.


Oops, oh yes, that's the other thing, come September, a funny month this one, New year, and also we're away on holiday, and away for 1 night, next Monday. I plan to intend to get to zumba gold classes, one in North West of London, not in the usual place, this will be brand new, and somewhere else, and also on Saturday mornings, near me.

Hi Folks,


Somewhat a bit late for my debrief;


I'm alright, I'm very well, both mental and physical health.


I am intending to workout for tomorrow. With this in mind, I hope I'll be able to workout to my low impact salsacise workout from about 6am.


I have come to realise actually, I'd been having too much peanut butter sandwiches, just recently, and also tuna subs, so I'll cut right back and down on both.

I plan to make more food from within home, for my lunches, and maybe just get a half of sub, once a week.

Still planning to cut back and down, on packs of pieces of choclate.


Have more fruit juice. Certainly on a day a few days, before I go out volunteering travelling, attending volunteering and then the return journey. Sometimes, fruit, and or fruit juices, do not agree with me, for by coincidence, of travelling to long distances.


Cut back on fizzy drinks. And just get a bottle of diet lemonade, twice a week.


Limit blackcurrant drink, either water based, or fizzed sparkling added, to once a day.


I am looking forward to all being well, as long as I am mentally and physically health well, attending the zumba golds, classes, thereaffter my holiday break.


When i go to Brighton next week, on Monday, it will be an Italian restaurant, or it was apparently the last time, we will go to. I'll play it by ear, which restaurant we will go to, together with family, in Brighton, whom will be visiting.

Hi Folks,

I'm slightly irritible today. Mainly because, and brother had a similar problem for him last week, and over the weekend, of a acute pimple, and me, driving me mad, irritiblity wise in particular, plus the current spell of the weather.

I have rubbed on antiseptic cream to help. This cream isn't antibiotic.


I have been headachy also.

It's basically the problem area on the lower back part of head, trying to heal. I hope, I'll be away soon, and I don't wish for any such problems, whilst away, and the medical team on board, won't be geared up, for genetic disorders, which for years has been the case, in my mother's side of family.


Apart f rom, that, I'm fine, I'm very well szchiophrneia based condiitons wise, and ah, I've reduced me back down 20ml again, as 25ml was driving me mad, too alerting. I haven't hardly noticed any shaking in my arm at all.


Regards All, I'll try to ease into needle working and music listening - again, for the aft ernoon/evening time, then knitting during the evening time.

Hi Folks,

I hadn't managed to get round to saying I unfortunately can't have or not so much of the rice krispies cereal bars with added milk, due to my catarrhal problems, and also what with bad weather recently I wasn't at all encouraged to feel well.


So I'll keep to the usual cereals in at home, and also my protein snack bars that I buy, and maybe the odd cheese on baked potato, here and there.


The catarrh was very acute over the late week, and over the weekend.


i am hoping that I'll workout tomorrow morning.


Overall my diet management is well.

HI, Morning All Folks,


I'm alright, I'm very well, partial reduction on 20ml, this week. In a deep sleep very much so, in the 2nd round of sleep, I had to be up for a short while for the once in the night, I slept right through, rats again, I thought I couldn't get a workout done. And, also not being able to do a pre catch up via MHF.


i am much much better catarrh, wise, I just need to monitor and watch it, via food intake, and also it might just flare up due to circumstances surrounding the weather.


I am looking forward to the GP appointment this afternoon, I just half hope it won't suddenly decide, the weather to be raining, that, will be all I'll need. Apparently it's to be very dry for the afternoon, and rest of day.

HI Folks,


I'm alright, I'm very well, I have just taken my 20ml of med dose.

I attended the GP appointment, I was pleased with the results, I can at long long last, go back, to the Sudafed, remedy, on avery short term here and there basis, and that's what i was doing anyhow in place of a painkiller, so I'm feeling relieved more happier now. The only thing, being, I don't have any in stock, at home, I'll have to get.

i have had more antishamine prescribed as well.

What I forgot to order, and I'll have to phone the sur gery to mention, is my anxiety med, for then away on holiday, for a fortnight's worth, I completely forgot all about it, focusing on the main the topic, I asked about something else, forgot to deal with that also. Never mind, hopefully when I phone, the surgery, in fact I've just remembered, my mother will put a paper request through. She'll write a message on a spare blank remainder of a repeat request form, this is an acute item, so not on repeat requests, anyway, confusing, I know.


Overall, I'm now pleased, I can go back, to the Sudafed.

Hi Evening Folks,


I am very happier, with the result news as of this morning, having weighed, I have dropped a few pounds off, from my oriignal 10st, weight.


My psorasis isn't happy at the moment, I am having severe problems with that, i had washed my hair and restyled, and the psorasis acute condition itself was falling off away from my head, i felt, oh no, so I thought right, I;ll have to, so I put on scalp application to help settle things down. It wasn't shampoo falling away f rom me, I know that.


I still intend to stick with my diet plan; not too many normal bread sandwiches, cutting down and back of packets of choclate pieces; if I must have the cereal crunch bars, normal cereal bars, then once on a day, in the early evenings as a pep up, for energy purposes, cutting down on the great big take away sort of baked potatoes, and have smaller size ones in at home, from within home, and not too many more subs, in the near future.


I still intend to plan, to make a vegeratarin in at home meal for lunches, and a balanced home made meal in the evenings.


I do still intend to plan lower impact salsacise workout, in the morning tomorrow.


Overall, and once again, I'm feeling happier, that I have dropped off a few pounds, away from 10st.


I might even do the odd chair fitness session, in at home.


I personally don't entertain the thought of gyms, memberhips rates, too noisy, and too many people, I prefer to workout in own surrounds, and also unless, I go to zumba gold independant run classes.

HI, Morning All folks, once again,


I have just completed a workout. It wasn't what I originally decided, nope, it was traditional low impact aerobics, and also self toning work, without the extra added weights, they do on the dvd segment, however, I don't.


I'm going to be planning to be steering away from take away food for my lunchtimes, where I'll make from within home, pre bought, to heat up, or cook up in the grill, vegetarian lunch meals. When i say heat up, I mean in the microwave. Though I shouldn't like to microwave, full time.


Still having balanced meals, in the evening what mother decides, to make, in at home. I tend not to like to have fish, particularly salmon, or oven cooked fish, so I , on these meal nights at home, tend to aim for vegeretarian, ready meals, to heat up, or heat in the oven/grill.


I might then also, have a sub for only once a week, and a jacket/baked potato, only once a week.


I'lll still have cereal as usual, or the one or twice a week for b reakfast of no added peanut butter sandwich, on kosher with carroway seeds, rye bread.


Limiting the amount of fizzy drinks, fruit flavoured wise,meaning blackcurrant with sparkling water.
