Hi everyone,

I had an idea, over the weekend to set up a Diet, Fitness and Physical Health journal under Wellbeing Section;

Currently yesterday, and finally about time, I managed to do a workout of traditional aerobics. Low Impact. I am finally getting round to, what with various mental health difficulties, in recent weeks of severe irritiblity, for one reason or another going back over the past previous month or two, couldn't commence to seriously plan my goals of achieving weight loss.


So, from Friday, and Thursday, planning wise, i decided in the first instance to cut down on the cola diet drinks side of things, rule number 1.

Secondly, to cut down on jacket/baked potatoes, and subs, if I can possibly at all have the willpower for on the subs sandwiches side of things.


Also, I don't hardly have any sandwiches of peanut butter, instead though, I replace with protein bars per 1, snack, for early in the mornings, and again in the afternoon, these are less sugar by the way, and I am having more water or fruit flavour drinks, and also green tea.


i am hopefully with parents going out this evening shortly for a meal out, so what I will do is sign off for the time being from my journal, and resume after when back from the meal out.

Hi everyone,


We went out for a meal, locallly, firstly we were waiting for the weather to clear up after a short sharp shower, and also, we had our orders taken, about 7.45pm, or 7.30pm, rather, and boy did it take time, a long time and they were extremly busy, for the orders to be delivered. I was then becoming anxious in a sense, where's my dinner by about 8.10pm. Normally, they are excellent, just so happened we were there later and they were busy.


i ordered chicken, escalope with napoli sauce. We all didn't have deserts - no room left.


Also what didn;t help whilst waiting for the meals to turn up was, the rotten weather in London today, we need the rain i know, not necessarily for being out in the rain. So I was weather wise, severely irritible feelign beginning yesterday, and worse today. Plus i wasn't well with sinuses, so the irritilbity could have developed from that. As well.


Tomorrow, and or this evening, I'll make a green tea drink, and workout tomorrow, sa well.


Also, I can't I find extremely difficult through tiredness, as well, I can't adapt eating so late evenngs meal outings, and what's worse for me, about 8pm we're eating, on holiday. I should like to always have earlier evening meals, sometimes, though, just doesn't work.

So that will be the plan I think, this evening, I'll make a green tea drink.


Hopefully late morning tomorrow, early afternoon, rather, I'll do tradiional warm up and stretching, and my salsacise dance dvds.

HI all,


I have just done a workout session, to one of my fitness dvds. Traditional aerobics, low impact in mind, although they offer high impact within the dvd programme. They feature low impact as well.


For breakfast I had cereal, without sugar added, and some water. I also had some water within the workout.

Now I feel i might have made a mistake, which I'll rectify for another occasion in time for a meal out; late afternoon, through feelign low and irritible, I happened to have had a second, protein bar, my last protein bar was in the morning. It's based upon nuts, it's a small to medium size bar. So I'll know, for next time, not to have nutty items, earlier on, they are calorific. Plus, I had a heavish meal on top, as well. Much later on in the evening.

Now I haven't been well over the weekend, and to last night, I had a very bad boil come up, making me feel uncomfortable also. It's much much better, though not completely clear. I'll treat today, with anti virus/anti bacteria remedy. So I have also been feeling low from that.


As I say, I have just done a fitness dvd workout takign half an hour, and i am feeling more fitter and more toned up. Plus warmed up as well, what with my poor circulation problems. I might get another session, in, the late morning, early afternoon, watch it, I don't do as near enough in order to become severely addicted in fitness, I'm not the type.


i make fitness fun to do, not to become severely addicted.


Lunch will be based vegetarian, non baked/jacket potato, and non subs, probably something non meaty, well it will be non meaty for lunchtime, it will either be a veg quorn fillet, or, a veg burger, no bun. Or i might just have a normal style of bread sandwich, with any type of fillings that might be available, or handy for access in the fridge.


More water shall be drunk, and spaced out, green tea, probably the late afternoon.


Limiting the amount of diet cola intake, not to go completely cold turkey on that, and more of my low calorie energy drink. I realise, sweetner effect of diet drinks, which is why i am confirming I'll limit the amount on a day in which ill have.


No workout tomorrow, as volunteering and to include travel on Wednesday.


Resume working out, possibly on Friday otherwise, over the weekend.

HI everyone,


Due to my problematic boil I had been suffering with, and it just so happened, landed on my stomach, would you believe, that is now slowly and surely mendign nicely. I think I can tell, I have lost a bit of weight, Wednesday I'll be otu early, so I'll weigh mysefl tomorrow.

I shall be doing a workout session, tomorrow, and possibly Wednesday, very early on top of, travel and volunteering, I always like to workout in preparation for volunteering, for both stamina, and strength aspects.

i might do my salsacise dance workout, low impact even though i'll be working out on a wooden floor in living room in home, I have a weak back, so I can't adapt to too high impact too jumpy workouts.

I might throw in a bit of self toning work, as well in the workout - withouit added weights. I can't manage them, so I prefer own strength.


Lunchtime, I had a tuna sub. This evening, I'll be having a heated up precooked, difficult to explain, hot meat meal, in home, now that mother is very much better, and I'll be having half of sweet potato on side, with the protein component. i thought to myself, I better not have normal style of any normal kind of potato format, I'll gain weight slightly!


Busilyw ith volunteering monitoring emails, I have forgotten about in take of water, I'll have some with the evening meal.

HI everyone,

I managed to get a very good overnight quality of sleep, I just thought i'll mention before I forget elsewhere on this site, and much more with it, today.


I couldn't get round to working out, as hinted just now, i overslept, and then I've been out, and I am resting, from fitness, I'll workout tomorrow, way before setting out to volunteering with travel included.

I had cereal for breakfast, and for lunch for t oday, tuna sandwich.


Oh yes, very good today, certainly hadn't bought, any packets of choclate. At all.


I'm not sure although will be vegetarian non meaty meal tonight, what I'll be having.

Hi all,

Natalie here;


I have now bounced back from my tired out self, from volunteering today.

I have my sinuses up at the moment, so I certainly and from all of the wet weather in London, couldn't feel for a chair based fitness session in at home.


Hopefully, I'll workout tomorrow, at some stage.

I had cereal for breakfast, I am having cola, lmited amounts, though, diet, and non aspartame based, for lunch I had a tuna sandwich. I'm uncertain, though it won't be meat happily on my part, what will be for the evening meal, after parents have returned from seeing friends.


I'll sign off now, as I am still feeling aheadachy from the sinuses. I'll take a dose of painkiller in a moment.


If I feel both mentally and physically well earlier during the evening, I might do a chair fitness, then.

Hi all,


Across the week, I have been getting my workouts done, and happily cutting back and down on bread sandwiches, biscuit style crunchy cereal bars, and choclate,.


Through the day today, I have been having a very painful rhematism based leg, which I have been treating, tried to workout this morning, had to safely does it now, includign stretchign, aborting the rest of the session.


This rotten wet weather, thouigh we do need it, for other reasons, externally out of home, for homes, and businesses too, simply hasn't helped my leg at all, for today. I'll have to take an evening dose of paracetamol to settle down.


Hopefully over the weekend, all being well and better, leg wise, I'll get an extended workout session done, to cover, aerobics, and a bit of toning.

HI all,


I have been very unwell with my sinuses today, I thought at first it was a migraine, and then I discovered feeling my nose, that's what it was, I have taken a painkiller not paracetamol, to help. I am half hoping that later on the late afternoon, into the evening, I'll do my chair fitness session.


i'll take it easier this afternoon, so hopefully, I would have then bounced back, from the sinuses.


I'm starting to feel irritible.

Anyway I'll sign off, for now, I'll return much later on this afternoon, into the early evening.

Hi all,

I was still feeling full from the evening meal, so I decided to workout over the weekend, meaning chair fitness session.


As always, listening to music, and currently knitting. I need to get a new piece of fabric, for my needleworking, I realised suddenly, I either went wrong, witht the number of stitches, in fact, I think that's probably what it was, I hadn't done enough stitches, or counted probably here and there in cross stitching technique mode.

Unfortunately due to "unwell" via physical condition and no not the sinuses, I am unable to go to the Fitness Class today, however, I shall be volunteering and having lunch, within the community and care location, this afternoon.

I am looking forward to volunteering.

HI all,

After a shattering day yesterday and up and until late evening, I have been taking things easier for today.

Also, presently with the warmer weather in tow, I am not working out in home, temporarily for the time being, and the warm weather could go easily beyond this weekend coming. Having checked.

I already am recovering well, from my skin problems, boils, and I don't wish to have reocurring issues once more, so I am keeping an eye on things. In terms of the community centre fitness group, and what with my problems and the warmer weather, I'll make a final decision, later on this week. Again, I don't wish to add anymore health problems, to resurface up again.


Have been listening to music, and in this warm weather and my sinuses were up a bit earlier on,trying to cross stitch work.

HI all,


I'm unwell at the moment, I have had a bout of sinuses infection, I have taken a dose of anti virus remedy to help, I just don't wish for antiboitics.

My sleeping patterns have now returned to normal this week, I am sleeping very well.


i'n unsure about a home workoutfor today, due to my sinuses.


Tyically as always, listening to music, and neeldeworking.


I'm fine, mental health szchophrenia based conditions wise.

Hi all,


I am planning to get a tradtional aerobics, and salsacise workout done, tomorrow hopefully afternoon.


Then, I'll be weather permitting all being well, be at the fitness group session, on Tuesday morning, 1st time session, I'm going in cold, I'm sure I'll learn more, once into the session, from 11-12pm, in the North West of London areas. THerefore, I'll be trialing the 1st session for me, the course of sessions started last week.


I am managing to keep tabs on how much i eat through in between meal times, which reminds me, i must get more homopathic to help counteract that, for when I feel low, and then irritible. And also always craving for sweet foods.

HI all,

I had been feeling extremely irate in relation to something - via external factors (and internal within on the home factor side of things as well very indirectly) and I couldn't just via manually so to speak, calm down, so at 3.15, I did a workout - a 12 minute mini workout, and I now feel and shortly afterwards very much better.

Just a recap, I happily weigh at the moment, 9 and 3 quarters stone, though my mother she can't believe it, I coudln't dad was the one who happened to have assisted me with the weighin at the time.


Anyway, an update, I am not so bad now, in fact strangely happier within myself.


I am looking forward to the family meal out, tomorrow lunchtime, now I wouldn't do this normally, I feel, I am going to order, (after since my irate feel came up) chicken escalope, with bolognese sauce, and I'll then go more careful obvisouly, on Monday (Bank hols) anyway.


i have n't had a cooked meat meal, not since Wednesday night, in at home.


i am feeling weight wise much happier within myself, now.

HI all,


I still have the rembrants of me feeling extremely irate, earlier ontoday, following from my out to shopping, and I am happily still keeping to 20ml of med, i am contemplating in the earlier part of the morning tomorrow, to get a fun, hard dance workout going done. I'll throw in some toning without weights, as well.


The worst of the irate feel, has now disappeared, I suppose I just can't forget how I wasn't feelign after I returning home from shopping. I was feeling very annoyed. Things are ok on the home front, it's via external factors.

i forgot to say, mental health wise, szchophrenia based, i am absolutely very well, no problems, nothing very acute, and nothing very severe a bit irritible, via my nasal conditions having plaeyd up today, and also what was the possiblity of weather or maybe still - weather wise for tomorrow in the day and evening.


I am still listening to music, and musicals, and getting on with my cross stitching work.
