Always be honest about what your symptoms are otherwise how can you expect them to treat you? Don't worry about anything you say they will have heard it all before.

flupentixol is an antipsychotic.... which is good... but it is a first generation one, which tend to have more side effects. There are second generation ones which have less side effects like olazapine, seroquel, abilify, etc.

sertraline is an antidepressent. This can cause issues with people with bipolar since it can trigger mania. Though if used with an antipsychotic, it can be acceptable (but not ideal).

lamotrigine is a good mood stabilizer and really helps with depression (but not for mania or psychosis).

Oh, okay, the first is an antidepressant and the other two are antipsychotics. I still think you should speak to your psychiatrist as your meds don't seem to be controlling the psychosis as well as they might. Do you feel you can control the voice, or does it control you? I hope you are okay. KR, Ginger.
