Hello.
I am concerned about my continued loss of reality and voices in my head which have been troubling me since October, I have been suffering PTSD and depression since February 2018 which I have been prescribed anti-depressants for but now I have random sounds (hearing things like a phone ringing but it never was) and dominant voices in my head on a daily basis directing me to "take out" (a scoped 500 metre headshot) a former business associate that crossed me in Brighton, the preferred weapon of choice will be a 7.62mm DMR scoped rifle , I discussed this with my therapist last Friday at my appointment and now she is making me an appointment with a psychiatrist, I am worried that I will be put in a mental hospital because of this revelation  , please could you give me some advice on what will happen next ? :(

I don't think you will be put in a mental health hospital they will probably up your meds. I have had the same problem as you but mine never went away I have now been diagnosed with schizophrenia but it is really paranormal what is happening to me, please read how to survive after death paranormal in hearing voices forum for more insight.

Thanks for your advice today, the therapist did say about reviewing my medication so yes that makes sense.
