Depression can be so tiering it totally drains us in all ways and it makes me very sleepy to in bad times, try and have some rest if you can.

Depression is really tiring. Especially when hits you again after a while. Stay strong. Take rest and sleep if you have to. Don't worry about what others say. It's a real illness after all...you need rest and love from those around you...

I know it can feel that way sometimes. I've been there. It feels just too much. But give it sometime and be extra patient with yourself. Depression is so tiring and its a dark vicious cycle and you feel you can never get out of it. If you're tired, sleep. I know that's not what doctors advice but from personal experience, when I'm overwhelmed I just sleep. I don't care about what others think or say, I just sleep.
