I don’t know what to do. I feel so isolated. I have no one to talk to about this. I lost all of my friends last year. I lost another friend this year who is also my coworker and is treating me passive aggressively at work and I did absolutely nothing to her. I’m always paranoid that someone is out to get me, or that someone is talking about me. I just don’t know what to do!

I'm really sorry to hear/read that you are going through such a bad time right now. I've been there and still there now, and other members here have been also in various degrees. You are NOT alone :)

As Fairy Lucretia said, 'you are very welcome here' Although I don't talk much here, I can assure you that the members/staff are really supportive... this is likely one of the best/safe forums to talk :) Please, do post back to us :)

Hi there,

Sorry to hear what you're going through. I think you should call Samaritans - you can talk to someone confidentially about what you're going through knowing that someone is listening to you! I'd go to the GP and get support from them too.

As for this coworker, not everyone is going to be friendly or nice unfortunately. If they harass you or bully you, then bring it up with HR and they'll sort it out - hopefully, things are resolved before it ever gets to that stage thoughx

Much love <3
