you should just try and keep your hair follicles as clean but hydrated as you can, and try to avoid anxiety triggering activities or burnout by taking is slow and steady and check in on your emotions to see what you're doing and how it affects you, and also noticing the next step and anticipating it so that it doesn't trigger any surprise so you can be calm about it

Try music therapy. It helps me. Listen to inspiring, uplifting, motivational and encouraging music on spotify, youtube or soundcloud.
