90% of the time I watch porn, I enter this state where I feel "detached". I don't know how to explain this, but I feel like I only care for the sexual content at that time. When I watch hentai, if the plot is terrible but there are some decent art or animation, my mind will focus on that, even if I conciously say no, its like my won't care about the context. I think I even get erections when the "good" parts are taken out of context. I am just really confused. Any help will be appreciated. I don't know if this OCD, but any help and tips will be appreciated.

Sorry, but I really didn't get what you were trying to say.

I feel like I'm missing something here - People watch porn because of the sexual imagery, they don't watch for the writing and scenery. Like, people only watch porn because they want the sex.

There's nothing wrong with responding to sexual imagery, on a basic level - the issue is when it's all you think about, or you go for pretty disgusting or problematic genres.
