Daydreaming.... Interesting...

some people say daydreaming is a visionary fantasy of pleasant thoughts yada yada yada.. and others say one who daydreams is very creative. especially if u daydream a lot...

i find myself getting so deep into my thoughts that i forget where i am and dont recall doing certain things... extreme daydreaming???? hmmm

what are your thoughts.....

When you start day dreaming put your dreams on paper - i.e. do some art. You could join an art club and make some friends there. It doesn't matter if you think you are no good at it, if you join a club you wil learn the techniques, and then be able to put your own pictures down, it is very therpeutic.
