I would say day dreaming is a normal thing, not an illness. Mild day-dreaming is something normal, everybody does it. But if you spend more time daydreaming than in reality, then maybe you are using it to evade from the real life, and in some cases it can be a problem, as it happened to me. But if daydreaming makes you feel happy, I don't see it as a problem.

I feel the technology captured my daydreams and someone control me
