Yes, it's a bit much for a lot of people. i've read a lot on Aliens, many many books/perspectives. i'm willing to entertain it all & keep an open mind. The rub for me is the evidence - where/what is it?
Your post has spoken for me Gredge. Doesn't he think the Royals are reptiles in human disguise? Anybody who thinks the Royals are disguised reptiles must be semi-detached, at least, from the real world around us.
It always seems to me that Icke is a bit on the crackpot bandwagon. He's using all kinds of ancient conspiracy theory material to try to craft a kind of meta, you can see where he gets a lot of his material from, some of it is pretty old and really hard to take seriously.
I don't mean to belittle anyone's views but judging by the videos posted here David Icke, although probably harmless enough, is more likely than not a delusional fantasist. It reads like fiction, it's entertaining even compelling but does not I feel represent anything approaching a realistic worldview. Don't get me wrong, there was a time in my teens (during my schizoid phase) when I treated such ideas seriously, but since then I've come to realise there's a difference between keeping an open mind and, well, believing in bulls**t.
