Can I sleep even though fairly tired? Bleeping no! Referred itching(scratching one place then itching in another) doesn't help. Am due a delivery that should have come yesterday. It would be just my luck to go to bed eventually get off to sleep and sleep through them trying to deliver the item. So reluctant to go to bed just in case.
**** this!

I'm hoping so. It's a sleep mask. My step mother recommended it as a way to block the light so as I'm not woken when it starts to get light. Due to no sleep weight has gone up again to 235.8. After a week of bad sleep it's registering 4 lbs higher than last Sunday. I'm hoping the mask helps sleep and in turn my weight drops to it's previous low level since trying to lose weight which was last Sunday's weight.

I've never used a sleep mask.
I guess I've never needed to I mostly sleep well (I just need loads of sleep) I'm lucky.
Well it's even more important to get that parcel if it's going to help..
Hope it does the trick!

I had heard of them some time back but had forgotten about them . I certainly hadn't considered using them to aid sleep.

Well I guess it's worth trying anything that may work.
Lack of sleep causes me all sorts of problems if I ever do struggle sleeping.
For me it's one of the most important things.

Sounds like it may work for you, because if it blocks out light and that is your main problem, let's hope so.

My problem was getting to sleep, my mind races too much.
I now listen to Kelly Howells meditation on you tube...takes my mind from my own crazy worrying and I sleep, once I'm asleep it's usually ok.

My problem is getting off to sleep too and waking as soon as it starts to get light.

Have you ever tried meditation videos to go to sleep?
It works for me but I know not for everyone...

This is the one I'm using at the moment.
The distraction of listening to it helps me nod off...
