I would think so... it must be quite a busy time for them, given how stressful it is for some people with mental health conditions.

But there is a lot of goodwill around as well. I was just watching the Pope's Christmas blessing Urbi et Orbi, to the City (of Rome) and the World. It was quite interesting, and I liked his theme of when you think of baby Jesus also think of all the disadvantaged children in Syria and Africa.

How are you feeling Marchhare?

There should be some support but maybe variable opening times in different location otherwise ring samaritans 116 123.

Some you can visit for a one to one chat. Take care.

You can email samara tans too.

It used to be

[email protected]

It still is just checked

Emails should be responded to within 12 hours. Most people who contact samaritans not suicidal. They won't know your email address either but can respond to you by email though. Ie so confidential.

I wasn't but was severely distressed and confused but wish had contacted sooner really as had a belief I wasn't bad enough to contact but most times it helped a little and managed to get some rest after having contact which was what I needed at that time.

Take care though absolutely
