So my doctor believes now I have C PTSD rather than BPD. I can't stop exploding with anger - mainly to my other half - and the episodes are becoming more frequent. I feel as if the things he says to me are extremely triggering, as though he makes me feel worse rather than better. I'm tired of feeling suicidal and screaming at him on the phone and driving around like a crazy person.

Sorry you're struggling with anger. I struggle with it too.

What's behind your anger? Do you know?

Hi, I have cptsd too and I feel the same. I wouldn’t call mine anger tho, more frustration with everything. Makes me quite moody at times, especially with my Bf. I know when I’m doing it but can’t snap out of it. Feels like a black cloud over my head. I usually just go to bed for an hour and it sometimes makes me feel better.
