So my doctor believes now I have C PTSD rather than BPD. I can't stop exploding with anger - mainly to my other half - and the episodes are becoming more frequent. I feel as if the things he says to me are extremely triggering, as though he makes me feel worse rather than better. I'm tired of feeling suicidal and screaming at him on the phone and driving around like a crazy person.
