She viewed my linkedyn account, I got notified. She don't fancy me or anything, this is because she doubts what I tell her as there is a reason I just joined linkedyn to do with a family issue and they either think Iam psychotic or a liar. This and other things, like her walking in the park to 'find me' the other day seems to have happened since they have started to doubt my BPD diagnosis.

Kind of feel a bit betrayed as she is ever so nice to me in person.

Haha, bit of schoolboy error on the Linkedin, that. I know that they (medical professionals and others) do use social media to keep tabs on people as an ex of mine who was in the field let it slip to me once. As always, if you don't want people to know certain things then don't post it publicly online (that's more of a general statement by the way).

Why is it that you think that they think you are either psychotic or a liar and what have they said regarding your diagnosis?

Funny you said that. My GP appeared on my Facebook - people you might know :) All that was visible was my profile pictures which are of me running ...... I've set my privacy settings so my photographs and friends list are private.

Funny buggers these medical lot :))

sorry to hear that your CPN is being a bit intrusive. from the outside, everyone would think its a crush or something, which could be the perfect cover to spy on you. but i dont have a CPN: i dont know how they work.

I actually have fake profiles on social media... I told her about a family matter and me making an account on linkedin which is connected to the family matter. This is the second time now where she has checked up about something I told her. I suppose what has made me sensitive to being thought a liar is I have told her about my past, past traumas that kind of thing and in doing so made serious allegations about one person in particular who did something to me when I was ten.

I had kept it to myself all those years as I didn't want tell anyone because I either thought I would not be believed or they would say what was said to me at the time, that I allowed it to go on some months so I must not have minded it that much.

As far as I know offically Iam diagnosed with PTSD and generalised anxiety disorder as that was on my discharge sheet from home treatment team. But they have made mention I might have EUPD but recently they have decided I might not have it they haven't elaborated on why . They also say I have a tendency to become paranoid when Iam under stress which worries them. Iam on a low dose anti psychotic, haldol , anti depressant vortexitine and propanolol.

I once found my psychiatrist tried to follow me on instagram. I was like, “surely you have something better to do?”
