Does anyone know of or tried counselling via email? If so was it expensive and did it help?
Thanks

I haven't had it, but was wondering about it myself, so will be interested in the responses.

I have looked into it and it seems to be cheaper than a session counselling, but I am not sure what you get for the money.

Seriously marchhare the entire point of counseling, is the human interaction, it's actually the close exchange of conversation, face to face, that is the critical part of the process. It's actually that, which is the catalyst for healing.
