If the voices are trying to compromise..

1. do not question weather or not you are hearing them.

2. replace subliminality with your favorite music.

3. Do not dis regard your emphathetic process to care and grow.

aH exactly. My best ploy or policy is to ignore the voices.

I have my favourite musicals and music alway always to listen and knitting to combined.


Also, working out in fitness, whne able to do so in home.


Exactly to plan in coping stratergies to help counteract the problems of voices.

Just be careful that the voices ar e not harmful, and don't have a ploy for us to carry out instructions from the voices, always always simply IGNORE.

Finally, seek h elp, do contact the GPs, or crisis teams, if in Britain, to assess the voices, and they will then write up suitable medication for the voices.

thnx for the insight. Life can be either chaos or order. Yet on the lightweight side is always the order.
