What (seemingly constant) physical symptoms do you have even when you don't feel anxious?

I wish I knew. I always have a constant low level of anxiety that I was told I have to learn to live with.

The only time I don't have it is when I use medical marijuana. And I can't really say what physical symptoms I have even without the anxiety then because I'm high at the time.

What are your symptoms?

I am anxious pretty much all the time, even though I really don’t have anything to worry about. I always feel sick and my tummy feels hollow. I have trouble breathing somethings. I’m always clenching my teeth so my jaw hurts all the time too!
If I do have something to be really worried about (have to leave the house for some reason) as well as the above, I get really hot and can’t sit still.

Forgetting how to breathe is the most common for me.

Mines been 6 months now. I've had lots of tests, seen lots of doctors, can't find anything wrong.
