So it's been like this for a couple of weeks now. I'm going through a psychotic phase due to stress for the past couple of months, and work is making me crazy... I can't seem to stand my coworkers anymore. Lately they yell at me for no reason, just to relief their frustrations, and It makes it worst for my mental health. They talk to me very rude, I feel like a punching bag. But at the same time I know I'm going through a phase, and maybe in the future I'll be able to handle it better, I don't want to lose my job, but I've had enough.

Sorry to hear that.
Why are your coworkers believe they can treat you that way? Can’t you speak to management?
You shouldn’t lose your job.

I hope everything goes well for you.

Funny enough, my coworkers are actually my management, we are only 3 in our office... It's so frustrating. I'm like their child, because they tought me how to do my work, and I'm so grateful. But I think they are now taking advantage of the situation and that's why they treat me like that.

Thank you for the kind words

You’re very welcome

That’s very unfortunate.
I wish I was close to where you work. I will teach them a lesson on how to treat you 🙂.

I can’t stand people who are disrespectful.

Can’t you talk to them and explain how their treatment is making you feel?

I'm sorry that you are going through this. I feel that way in my current workplace too, although no one yells at me sometimes customers are very rude and can say some rather mean things without realizing it (or maybe they do it purposefully?) I try not to let it affect me as it's more about THEM than it is about YOU but it still sucks to hear/witness someone being disrespectful.

I hope you're able to get through this, I know you can x We always can x

+ I like to think it's not a forever, and that helps sometimes.

I've wanted to do that for so long, but I just don't know when is the right time and how to come across the conversation. I'm afraid I'll burst into tears or something. I wish I had the courage, I'm a very faint-hearted girl in that sense, but I'm working on being more assertive.

I totally understand, I worked in front of costumers too for a long period of time last year, and somedays you have to understand that it's about them, not you, as you said, but other days it was impossible to handle...
thank you for your advise, it really means a lot x :thanks:

Life is not so simple as many of us may be dreaming. You can't stop them if they wanna kick you out of their company. Better learn from lessons & try to consult some doctor. Think & rethink how you can make your life keep going as history repeats itself.

I can understand how you feel. Tough position to be in.

Maybe you can bring up that your thinking about leaving the job. I am sure they’ll ask why and there’s your chance to be open about it. You can just touch on the subject of the hostility and discomfort that you are feeling. Try to keep yourself together and firm.

As tough as it sounds you might be right, but in this case is not that the want to kick me out. (I'm pretty sure) They treat me this way because there are just plain rude, and they got used to it because I'm younger, I'm a woman and I don't say anything.

I understand how you're feeling. I just quit a job I held for only 1 month because my boss was being horrible to me and treating me very badly. I think if you're on this forum, it's important to put your mental health first. But having said that I also understand that you can't just quit your job whenever you want so sending love and light your way :peace:

Not exactly. Since being replaced is a consideration, if you can't perform tasks...leave with dignity. If you're just having a bad day, reevaluate medications with your doctor.
