I keep feeling the compulsions to break up with my boyfriend because I know everyone around me wants me to. He was accused of cheating but I’m choosing to look beyond that because I want things to work out. I’m just getting myself continuously upset because I will have the uncomfortable breakup thought and I just want my anxiety to stop. But I can’t give into my compulsions. I need to remind myself we can get through this. What do you guys think?
