Hi all,

The cmht referral went very well actually. In actual fact, that it went so well, I just couldn't receive their longer term back up support - rats, I thought. Anyway, overall, he commented that I have done very well, since a previous visit back in 2012, which was a referral then, and a short visit only that was, and this visit today was more of the same thing - only an hour, and ah, back to the GP. Anyway, I happily overall don't mind this, as me being me with problems on the mental health front, I just don't like getting into general hosptial backgrounds,

The result of the appointment is, that he's prescribed a medication only for as and when needed for me to be able to sleep much better, so if I'm having a bad hair day, (could I say that) or a tough week, and I am struggling, to stay asleep, or if I'll feel over excited about something, then, this extra medication will help me out.

He didn't like to increase the doseage of my other one, aripipazole, so there we have it, I'm happily and preferably just as well, because 30 would have been very very alerting for me, and possibly more side affects, ie, shaking worsening apart from own anxiety problems, so in actual fact, I do prefer this method.

I am just in the thores actually of sifting through a voluntary work data entry application for in the North West of London area, if I am successful, in the applying stages, it will be once a week, now I'lll like the days - Wednesday mornings. I haven't checked my email yet from when I last had though, I hadn't received anything new from this voluntary work charity, and I don't know what's happened whilst I've been logged onto here.

There is going to be a brand new fitness class within my community centre which is also strangely, in the North West of London area, this will be for on a Monday, and if I can master the choreography, etc, after the first free session, I might well be attending apart from the Winter Months on a regular basis. Then, I'll be returning back all being well, for this brand new fitness class, in the February, March time. ALll being well.

So overall, I remain still, to be doing very well, according to the cmht, and no, I hadn't been requested to have my recovery action (my own as a guide) to be used, for posiitive samples, which I belive has been happening in Scotland, and now, in bouts, here in England as well, though I am very happy, that the registrar specialist requested if he could keep my notes for the referral appointment. Yes, I said.

So it will onwards be just myself, my GP service, and my medication, which is now importantly 3 medication items the third not being so essential. Also, my strong self help management, fitness and volunteering work interests

HI all,

Now that I have the referral appointment over and done with, I am now much calmer, relaxed and I could sleep much better!

I have a GP appointment booked not necessarily for my mental health, however in terms of my vitamin d levels, as I need to order more vitamin d prescription, and he might well wish to do a test first to check on my levels of vitamin d.

Just don't like the summer season me, it's too quiet, in regards to lack of volunteering, and also with the zumba (s) on their hols!!! Still I have my home fitness workouts.
