Hi diagnosis with depression when I was fifteen then started having psychosis in my early twentys

I just had social anxiety all my life and maybe a weeks worth of depression in my early 20's so I made some life changes and it went away but can't imagine what it must have been like to be diagnosed with psychosis so young.

I don't suppose anyone can be mentally prepared for such a thing but I was knocked off my feet by it.

Do you feel it's made you a stronger person for it? I'm much stronger mentally and wiser from having my episodes.

I'm also on clozapine, have to have blood tests once a month. It helps a bit but the side effects are pretty shit x

Lots - weight gain, pre-diabetic, drooling at night, urinary incontinence, dry mouth, constipation, difficulty swallowing, dizziness
