Clarity after depression.

Hiya, Does anyone feel clarity after a depressive episode. Sorry I’ll explain, I’ve been getting these bad lows that don’t last for long , a day if that, then I feel amazing, like I’m up in the clouds, daft I know. I feel clarity.
I’m speaking to my Gp Monday, bit worried but better I tell her.
Does anyone have these mad mood swings?

it could just be a relativity effect

food taste better when your hungry, showers feels better when your cold, etc...

Not sure if its the same for you, but sometimes you feel really bad, you are dealing with problems, and after that you process all that. I mean, its the brain solving those problems, a kind of "new bigning, a time for do it better".

Maybe I should add a bit more info, I’m having mood swings a lot, usually the low & the highs happen within 24hrs but not all. It’s during the high that I feel clarity.
