I haven't watched every single video, but i'm glad that people are starting to recognise that CBT isn't as wonderful as it's made out to be and that doesn't necessarily mean that the patient is somehow 'wrong'.

'Scientism' will win the argument as populations are dumbed down and idealogicaly closed off from free thinking in the West, like under communism.

I actually went through this therapy when I was 20,I got nothing good out of it.

Totally depends on the therapist-patient relationship. Can help, especially if you've no one else to turn to. But these things are totally individualistic - really. Can as easily go the other way.
