CBT, I have contacted the NHS, has anyone else dont CBT?

Hi all

Today I contacted the NHS via email. I have been passes on to a self referral web site which have mental health help.

Has anyone else done any CBT on the NHS, what does it entail?

I'm currently on an online CBT course that I was sent to do from my doctor.

I basically log on to do the courses they've assigned me, then my councillor they've assigned me rings me at the end of the week to see how I've got on. It helped a little, hopefully it works for you too :)

I have been on the CBT courses.

They are extremely helpful and beneficial.

One hour a week.

Talking Therapies.
