Carers allowance claimed when Mum was not a carer

My Mother claimed carers allowance when she was not a 'carer'.The psychologist who was still involved and who wouldn't clear off with me despite me leaving school and being well over eighteen wrote a inaccurate dramatic over exaggerated letter backing up her claim.
I feel so much anger to her. The letter was so so over exaggerated and she was not a carer. What also annoys me is that the obese fiend was also claiming it when i first left home and she was coming down to see me where i currently live! I asked my Father 'why did Mum claim carers allowance when i was not living at home' and he replied 'oh she supported you on the phone' NO SHE DIDN'T!! How stupid.
Whenever i ask her why she claimed carers allowance when she wasn't a carer she bleats 'we lost so much money' (she should have been claiming it when i was off school in specialist schools and in hospital and my parents didn't drive so had to pay for train and taxi fares related to my education and 'mental health')I am sorry she lost so much money because of me. It doesn't make me feel too good. I am sick of it all today. Pig sick.

Your mum is fraudulently claiming carer's allowance and if found out will end up in court on charges!
It isn't fair on genuine claimants, you should report her whether she is your mother or not.

I am not sure whether reporting your mother is the right cause of action. She does sound as if she is upset about not claiming earlier. I think you need a heart to heart and explain, it makes you feel uncomfortable.
