Hi Georgina Do you think the voices are real? You could try to distract yourself with music or anything you like doing.Try to block them with any task you can beat this in time.Sometimes I here one of my family calling out in the night but it is just a dream so I just go back to sleep. :havingfun:

Hi Geogina,

Oh dear. Well, I can note that you are in the UK.

I would about 9am, or so, contact and look up numbers for the crisis t eam, attached to the community mental health team, and the crissi will reassesss you. From there, and they will poin tyou in the right direction, you might have to be referred to a physhcartrist. He or she will then under taking tests such as CT Scan, or MRI to de termine the cause of the problem.
They might want to give you some form of medication both for the anxiety, and also for the hearing voices. Or call for an out of hours duty doctor, is another trick, I just thought.

I am in agreement, try listening or view music, and workout in fitness, or play sport.

when feeling low, do please talk, to the Samirtians, I have no experience f them myself, as I am on medication, thankfully myself, for hearing voices.

Now the one type of med I can recommend for the voices is Abilify, or other wise known as generic form of Aripipazol, and this will have your heard voices, under control. For the Abilify, I take 25ml.

For the anxiety, I would like to highly recommend, Pregabalin, for that. For the anxiety, I take 75ml of Pregabalin, for that.

Try from a well known pharmacy store and before they may go private please, buying a pair of sea sickness motion bands, when I become too anxious, I put these onto my wrists, and boy, they certainly do wonders. Certainly, works for me in advance, of my travel in the norm of wy of t hings in time for volunteering and throuighout, and holiday preparat ions, and holiday travel.

Try to learn to play a sport, or workout in fitness. Fitness relaly works wonders for calming purposes away f rom anxiety.

Hoping you'll recover in due course/eventually.

Best Regards.
