Can there be a hidden camera or microphone that can hear all of my thoughts?

I am on hidden camera or microphone. And the tv is talking about me. I’m scared because people are going to kill me.

Are you on any medication at the moment or getting any treatment. I know you won’t believe me but there are no cameras or hidden microphones. Try and think logically why anyone would want to do this, why do you think you would be of interest to someone. Please seek medical help and explain to your doctor what you think is happening to you.

The TV spoke to me during my first episode of psychosis, said something about a 'specialist' and that I was in a 'grey zone'. This was said to me by a character called Hardison in a TV show called Leverage. I also had paranoid delusions of people coming to kill me and my family but over three years later nobody has come and everybody is safe.

Medication will stop all this from happening, I promise you. All you need to do is be brave and get yourself some help from a doctor. Nobody is speaking bad about you or laughing at you when you go to the hospital it's all an illusion brought about by your current condition.

Psychosis is nothing to be ashamed of, it can happen to anyone at any time, nobody is immune. I go to groups with people who have been through the same thing as me and I've seen it effect anyone from a young age to an older age (60+), we all got help and are now symptom free thanks to medication.
