Can someone help me find this hidden camera?

Every time I go out in public people are taunting me and I just met my granny a few years ago because I just met my birth father a few years ago(long story) and she is talking about how I’m on camera. I cant find a camera anywhere. How is this even possible? Where could a camera be implanted?

Well it is really consuming me. I'm just tired of broadcasting my thoughts to the world and not having my privacy.
