Hi guys!
For the last week or so I've been having these symptoms; feeling very weak and shaky in general and dizzy spells that last a couple of hours a day (and usually at the same time each day). I've also have an ear infection- could the two be linked? Can anxiety cause a prolonged bout of dizziness or is this more likely to be from the ear infection? I'm desperate for answers now as I'm freaking out and googling my symptoms every day now and thinking it might be something serious.

Unfortunetly we can't give a diagnosis on here. I've suffered with ear infections all my life and this affects your balance and feeling generally unwell. But anxiety does make me shaky and dizzy.

Yes, Pixie is right.....both an ear infection and anxiety can leave you feeling dizzy and sweaty.........

What is it you think might be going on if it is not this, and what evidence is there to support your idea?

Hi there!
Thank you for your posts! A week ago when it started at work I went to A&E, doctor couldn't find anything wrong with me, than I went to my GP, he also couldn't find anything and refered me to neurologist and he also couldn't kind anything, I gonna have brain MRI in next month and I am bit afraid that they gonna find something there!
Especially after looking my symptoms on internet! I am bit freaked out!

Hmm eventhough it was a week ago i would say they could be causing it. If you were panicking at any time this causes lack of oxygen and too much carbon dioxide meaning you become dizzy as your not getting enough oxygen and your ears help with balance anyway soif you have an ear infection that it may been effecting your balance :)
