I’m kind of stuck on calorie restriction again at the moment. I work on my feet, only 5hrs a day, but noticed I am getting very tired and achey legs, painful knee and feet, and generally feeling quite tired.
I got these aches and pains in the past and only really just realised its maybe when I’m restricting calories more.
Apart from the obvious - eating more - would something like vitamins help do you think?

Vitamins work... You are giving your body things it cannot make on its own-Just like plants grow better in a healthy vitamin enriched environment.

I'll get some vitamins. I've tried eating more today but I'm not comfortable doing it. I've just felt really overheated and heavy. Proteins are needed for cellular repair too. I'm just not looking after myself well at the moment, not often making a proper meal for myself. I need an easy, low calorie way to increase proteins maybe too. Stupid that eating can be so difficult sometimes :(
