It seems he failed to attend a medical assessment and now has to pay full council tax and rent.
He is HIV+ and was recently(last year) diagnosed with HIV related psychosis for which he takes 20mgs Zyprexa. I have looked up re what to do in that circumstance but can not get him on the phone. Will try again tomorrow morning.
However I presume if he goes to CAB they will give him all the necessary advice info.
I read that he will only be entitled to ESA pending a new LCW decision if his health condition has deteriorated or he has a new condition. I am wondering whether the development of psychosis will apply in this case either re deterioration or development of a new condition.

It is quite frankly disgraceful that someone with HIV and HIV related psychosis should be treated in this way.

i've heard of whats called a mandatory reconsideration, maybe you can look into it

if he is gay and thats an assumption on my part gay people run shy of arguing illness historically, theres a black lesbian women in my unemployment group 10 yrs ago she'd have had a job under the equal ops but those jobs are few now and the private sector discriminates
