I love my breakfast of muesli with high protein granola with extra nuts that I cut in, and blueberries and full fat milk.

But then I can't persuade myself to eat anything else for the rest of the day.

how about having two bowls of it one later on in the day? Then at least you will double your intake. Just an idea.

That's what I try and do sometimes.
Hardly eaten the day before wake up hungry but only at breakfast time so I make sure I have like double the average amount,muselis high up their nutrition wise good amount of yogurt and stewed fruit.
Because I see to have taken a real liking to this I may have a snack of it again in the due
