I'm doing a brain scan in a couple of weeks because I was diagnosed BPD but now my doctor is unsure, does anyone know what this could mean? I'm actually concerned, but literally I know nothing.

I've had brain scans before which a psychiatrist arranged.
Sometimes there are neurological conditions that can affect mood/behaviour, some types of epilepsy for example.
Do you know what type you're having? MRI or CAT?

I think I'm getting CT but I'm not quite sure, I'll check it out. What's the difference? thank you! :)

One's a big machine where you lie down and they get an image of your brain through some sort of magnetic sciency stuff that I don't understand.
CT is where they put gel stuff around your head and stick wires to you. It picks up on your brain activity (rather than makes an image) and it does some sort of electrical sciency stuff that I don't understand.
Not the best at explaining it really, sorry, lol.
