Hi, I have been friends with the ex partner of an associate. The female is diagnosed with BPD. During her time with her ex partner and for a while afterwards I helped her a lot by listening and giving my advice. She was in a very depressed state of mind and indicated to me that she was suicidal on a number of occasions. I was on hand to talk her out of doing harm to herself. I witnessed the very violent breakup with her ex partner and took her to a temporary place of safety then to a more permanent one. At no time have I had any sort of relationship with the female. I have only ever regarded her as a good friend who wasn't being treated with respect by her partner. Very recently after some unknown problem at the lodgings she was living at I got accused of trying to control her, stalking her, and being delusional after I voiced my suspicions concerning the landlord appearing to be over friendly with her and mentioning such things as having a blanket for the bathroom door. She had already told me that he had walked in when she was in the bathroom early one morning. He is a 63 year old widower who likes his vodka apparently. I was blocked from having any contact with the female and have since been accused of two very serious offences against her. She has claimed to a family member that she was sacked from her job and was sofa surfing the same as she was previous to the relationship with her ex partner. The story about being sacked has been proved to be untrue and the immediately prior to accusing me of the serious offences she was hospitalised after trying to take her own life.
