My sister just told me that 'everyone' has Bipolar and stop moaning.

Could it be true that loads of well people have jumped on the band wagon and threatened one of the small compensations of the illness, a sense of specialness!?

I personally dont think that your sister is right at all. Having biploa is differnt to having an off day. Far from it.

The first time I saw someone from the Mental Health Crisis Team - I was informed quite coldly that " Well your GP reports symptoms of Bipolar - But it's the In Thing that everyone wants to have so let's see what a Psychiatrist has to say first"
