I don’t honestly know, but I need to find somewher
Hi
I have a diagnosis of BPD, my GP has put me on Setraline, first 50, then 100mg.
It is having absolutely no effect, in fact I am finding myself spiralling downwards, I am starting to withdraw in to myself, & dark thoughts are creeping in to my head.
Does anybody else feel like this?
Been to strong, for way too long, & feel I am going to have sort of breakdown.
Sorry to burden you guys, I know we are all suffering.

It's no burden. You should talk to your doctor about the medication not working. I hope you find something to make you feel better.

I’m sorry to hear you are feeling like this. When I’m scared and feel like my negative thoughts are taking over I listen to Glenn Harold. It’s a free app that you can download on your iPhone, some of the meditations you have to pay for but it also comes with a bunch of free ones, like deep sleep, anxiety relief and some others. I have purchased a couple and found one called spiritual healing which has been designed to help geal blocks in the body caused from trauma. Maybe try a couple of his free ones first and see how you get on. I think it was about £2.99 to download the other one but for me it was worth it as if got abit used to the free ones. Just really listen and do as he says he is very good for calming down before you sleep. Normally I won’t hear the end of the recording. I suffer from nightmares and don’t tend to sleep very well. I’m not one to meditate either as I can’t normally switch off enough to focus. But with this you naturally hear it even when your sleeping it helps because of your subconscious hearing. I hope it helps you xx

These thing like many others might be fair to be diagnosed in asylum where we can be sure that there isn't any freaking lab-boffin with staggering arsenal of chemicals barraging and destroying the result of impartial observing. If there is cyanide, nitrogen, hydrogen, deuterium, tritium, hormone blockers, risperidol, seroguel, lithium, aripiprazole, barbiturates, polonium, smidgen or uranium and pinch of plutonium and as an icing on the cake; horse dosage of beta-blockers, it is bit difficult to say that is the person honestly BPD-case, don't you say?
