Hello guys. I've been suffering with bipolar my whole life (I'm pretty sure, only got diagnosed 2 years ago) I have bipolar with severe psychotic features, which came later after my drug use.

No one talks about mental health outside of the internet and I want to do public speaking, get my story out there. Bring awareness. If anyone has anyone I could contact or something like that, please let me know.

yep bipolar is a formal diagnosis on its own!
With me the depression agitation/mania all a bit of a mixture really. I have bipolar 2 which is slightly different than bipolar 1. with bipolar 1 I think the manic symptoms outweigh the depressive side. Whereas bipolar 2 has episodes of both depression and the mild symptoms of mania eg hypomania

I'm Bipolar 2, too. I have mixed episodes and it's awful. I also have BPD and GAD.

I know the TEDx talks seem to be a good place to tell your story. They have people with Bipolar, Schizophrenia, all sorts of things. You could also try a Youtube channel. I'd watch the hell out of it :D
